Rep. Rashida Tlaib breaks down in tears at hearing on domestic terrorism

During a congressional hearing on domestic terrorism Tuesday, anti-Sememitic Muslim Rashida Tlaib harangued an FBI official about the death threats that she sometimes receives from insane members of the general public.

She started her accusatory diatribe by reading from a letter she received after the horrific New Zealand mosque attack in April.

“‘This is a great start, let’s hope and pray it continues here in the good old USA. The only good Muslim is a dead one,'” she read.

“We get so many of them, and I keep asking, ‘What happens? What happens to these individuals?’ I’m really sincere. I’m a mother. I want to go home to my two boys,” she continued afterward as she held back tears.

“How is that not enough to fall under domestic terrorism, if they’re targeting solely based on my faith and others in saying ‘a good Muslim is a dead one’ obviously directed to me.”

Watch the confrontation below:

Michael McGarrity, the assistant director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, tried to reply by pointing out that the bureau doesn’t differentiate between domestic terrorism and international terrorism, but Tlaib promptly cut him off to demand he redirect resources to take care of her harassers.

“How come we don’t have enough tools right now to pull these people in?” she angrily asked.

It’s unclear why her harassers deserve more attention than the harassers of other notable figures, particularly those affiliated with President Donald Trump.

As reported two months ago by the Washington Examiner, Trump’s immigration officials alone face a constant barrage of death threats and in-person harassment for their work. Tlaib has never displayed any concern about the threats they face.

“The FBI, the joint terrorism task force, we are working hard. … I’m just telling you the men and women of the FBI are out here working this threat hard. And we arrest more of our subjects on domestic terrorism than we do international terrorism,” McGarrity replied.

“We don’t have enough resources being spent on that,” Tlaib said.

Fair enough, but Congress sets the FBI’s funding level …

The anti-Semitic congresswoman, who has a history of extreme bigotry against the Jewish people, continued by claiming without evidence that the FBI would be quicker to apprehend her abusers if they were Muslim or black.

“I feel like if they were Muslim or if they were black, it would be handled differently,” she said. “Even the threat that we had in Florida … they released him on a tether. I had to go to Florida the same weekend. I couldn’t believe they released him on a tether.”

Two months ago a white Florida man was apprehended for leaving threatening voicemail messages at the offices of various congressional Democrats, including Tlaib. While he was indeed released after his apprehension, it had nothing to do with race but rather with his ability to afford bail.

“Marlene Fernandez-Karavetsos, a spokeswoman for Fajardo Orshan, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, said Kless was expected to be released on a $25,000 bond Friday afternoon and that some weapons he owned had been seized, but declined to give specifics,” The Washington Post reported at the time.

“When it comes to threats of life toward other people based on somebody of Jewish faith, Muslim, being black in America … when do we take those seriously as a movement that is obviously pushing violence?” Tlaib asked in concluding her questioning.

The same question could be asked of the left-wing radicals who routinely threaten, harass and assault conservative supporters of the president. Yet neither Tlaib nor anyone among the left — be it those in Congress or those in the media — have ever asked this question.

Just this week video footage emerged of a left-wing thug verbally abusing and physically assaulting a group of Trump supporters who’d been holding a peaceful rally in Las Vegas.

During the unprovoked confrontation, the thug even spit in a young woman’s face.

“It was a pro-Trump rally at the Federal Building in Los Angeles. At first it was just a pro-Trump rally,” the man who recorded this footage, Brandon, said in an interview with The Gateway Pundit.

“Counter-protesters from Antifa were there earlier in the day and they were overtaken by MAGA supporters with no violence. Then later after Antifa left the area, this guy parked his car and got out and started threatening people, as the video shows.”

As of Wednesday, this video has received zero attention from congressional Democrats and the liberal media. It’s almost as if they don’t give a damn when their political/ideological foes are harassed, assaulted and/or worse.

That Tlaib has to deal with death threats is certainly horrible and most definitely inexcusable. But if she wants people to sympathize with her struggles, she and other left-wingers need to hop off their high horse and recognize that their political opponents — some of them white, some of them Asian, some of them Hispanic, some of them black — are humans just like them.

Tlaib would be wise to also consider practicing some humility. You’re not alone, congresswoman. You’re not the only public official who must contend with abuse and death threats. And that’s why the FBI takes so long to solve these cases. Sadly, it turns out there are a lot of garbage people in America who’re into making disgusting threats. And FYI, plenty of them are on your side of the aisle.
