Back off of Trump, Nancy! Pirro tells Pelosi to ‘knock it the hell off and follow his lead’

With Speaker Nancy Pelosi being coerced by the radical elements of the Democratic caucus to warm up to the idea of impeaching President Donald Trump, even though she knows this may cost her the speaker’s gavel, Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro has some advice for the California lawmaker in a scorching “Opening Statement” this week.

“Knock it the hell off, follow [Trump’s] lead and start doing the job you were elected to do,” Pirro said — this coming after questioning who really needs the “intervention.”

After a leadership meeting last week, Pelosi ramped up her rhetoric against Trump, rolling out a new political narrative that centered on the president allegedly engaged in a “cover up” — the phrase must have polled well, even as Trump moved to release even more information!

“Since when does asserting your legal right amount to a cover-up? Since when is going to court to settle an unprecedented legal issue a cover-up?” Pirro asked.

“Why does a commander-in-chief and his family have to automatically grant every demand made by the party that has spent the last two years mocking and deriding him as an illegitimate president in an unrelenting assault on his presidency as they look for any reason to impeach him,” she added.

Stating that the president and the American people have “had it” with the Democrats and their dogged pursuit of Trump, as the party pursues a “do over” of Mueller’s two-year investigation.

“The president has had it,” Pirro exclaimed. “I don’t blame him. Every day the man gets up taking income from these halfwits stuck on stupid telling him he did not win fair and square.”

But she took great exception to Speaker Pelosi calling on Trump’s family to have “an intervention.”

“And you say he is crazy?” the Fox News host asked. “He won. You lost. He’s on a mission to change the course that Obama and Clinton started.”

Pirro played a clip of Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., who inherited the seat held by her husband, John Dingell, for more than 59 years, saying Trump “needs to stop putting kerosene on the fire.”

“He’s not putting kerosene on the fire. They are,” Pirro said of Democrats. “He does not need an intervention, Nancy, you need the intervention… Maybe the president is right.”

A clip was then played of Trump saying Pelosi “is not the same person,” and that she has “lost it.”

“Nancy, you have not recovered from the 2016 election and it’s driving you batty,” Pirro said afterwards.

“Bottom line, Nancy, the man is doing what we elected him to do while you have not done a damn thing as you see the in hatred and vitriol and obsession to get your truth,” she said in conclusion. “Nancy, you already got the truth and Nancy, you can’t handle the truth. Knock it the hell off, follow his lead and start doing the job were elected to do.”
