A virulently anti-Trump Hollywood bigwig has produced a movie, “When Women Rule The World: Meet The First Lady Of The Future With Her HEADS OF STATE!”, whose entire theme is basically #OrangeManBad … really, really bad.

Written, directed and produced by Sheldon Silverstein, the film is so anti-Trump that its movie poster features an Amazonian-looking woman who resembles first lady Melania Trump holding up the severed, MAGA-hat-adorned head of President Donald Trump …

Chances are left-wing comedian Kathy Griffin will love this film …

So what is the movie about?

“Donald Trump gets in a fight with Putin over who has the biggest penis, and he pushes a button that starts World War III. … It’s kind of crazy,” Silverstein said this week to The Hollywood Reporter.

That actually sounds like it could be funny, right? There’s just one problem …

“The film has a consciousness and has something to say about what’s going on in the world,” he added, before going on to rant and rave about the president.

“He’s a moron and doesn’t care about the environment,” he said. “It’s all about money to him. It’s a shame he got elected and [this movie] is a put-down on all of that.”

And there it is …

This movie, which admittedly has what could have been a funny premise, isn’t actually about making people laugh and have a good time at the movie theater. It’s about proselytising.

“Silverstein says the film is a high-concept, sci-fi satire with sociopolitical themes that align with movements like #MeToo and Time’s Up and contain storylines that comment on toxic masculinity,” The Hollywood Reporter noted.

But there will likely be no “comments” on the #MeToo movement’s many problems and the Time Up movement’s hypocrisy. Nor will the film likely couple its so-called commentary on “toxic masculinity” with a tribute to the sacrifices men make daily on behalf of others.

It’s presumed the film will however make time to talk about “white privilege” …

Watch its official trailer below:

“Reality-show mogul Michael Bray and his Russian fiancé, Maria Putin — along with Susan Tolby, Michael’s tough associate producer, and Jon Dawson, brilliant nerd and social media guru — are driving to Las Vegas to begin production of their latest TV series, Showgirl Wars,” the film’s synopsis reads.

“They blunder into a time vortex and are transmitted to the future, 2121 A.D, after Trump has pushed the button, and World War Three and climate change have decimated life on earth.”

Climate change, of course …

“The few women who have survived have completely separated from men, blaming them for all the destruction. The women live together in a women’s village lead by Auriana and protected by women warriors. The men live out in the desert.”

“What will happen when two couples from the present become entwined with man-hating Amazons and woman-hating men from the future? Can they teach these new world women and men the value of love? Can they make it back to the present in time to warn people about the future that could be? When Women Rule the World answers these questions and provokes new ones.”

The reaction on social media from the conservative side of the aisle hasn’t been positive:

Members of the left do seem to have an unhealthy obsession with the president. This week actress Julianna Margulies admitted to anti-Trump late show host Stephen Colbert that she had to stop readnig the news before bed, because she kept having Trumpmares, i.e.,Trump nightmares.

“One of the things I stopped doing was I do not read the news at night because I was waking up in the middle of the night from nightmares,” the star of “The Good Wife” told Colbert.

“I had one dream … I was in a boardroom, there was a long table, and it was just a guy who’s in the Oval Office right now, sitting there and I walked in and I was screaming, screaming. … I mean I was going crazy and screaming. That was 2016. And I woke up in a sweat and went, ‘Oh my god, I’ve gone insane and I have to stop reading the news at night.”

Apparently, it never occurred to her that maybe she should just seek mental help …

Listen:

Speaking of which, one topic you can bet that “When Women Rule The World” won’t cover is the clear-cut Trump Derangement Syndrome that’s rotted the minds of so many liberal Democrats, including, it would appear, filmmaker Sheldon Silverstein.
