Gillibrand on illegal immigrants: ‘As president of the US, I wouldn’t use the detention system at all’

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a Democratic presidential candidate, says she would not detain any illegal aliens in the United States if she were elected president.

“As president of the United States, I wouldn’t use the detention system at all,” Gillibrand told CBS News (video below). “They don’t need to be incarcerated. If they’re given a lawyer and given a process, they will follow it. They can go into the community in the way we used to handle these cases under the Department of Justice.”

In other words, Kirsten wouldn’t be bothered if illegal aliens that are child molesters, murderers, drug dealers, and rapists ran roughshod through your neighborhood.

Taxpayers pay for illegals to be housed, fed, and processed

Earth to Kirsten: US taxpayers pay for all these illegal aliens to be processed, fed, given healthcare, and housed.

It costs tens of millions of dollars each year to process people who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.

Gillibrand then slammed President Trump, calling his attempts to stem the illegal-immigration crisis “inhumane.”

“President Trump’s immigration policy is inhumane, ineffective, and wrong. I cannot tell you how infuriating it is for our President to still be separating children from their parents at our border in the most inhumane way and then locking them up and paying for it— paying for-profit prison systems to do this.

As President of the United States, I would not fund any for-profit prisons. I would not lock up these families. I would have a humane immigration policy where people seeking asylum and people seeking refuge in this country would have lawyers and have a proper asylum process.

We need real immigration judges, which we don’t have, that are appointed for life and outside the political process. I think what President Trump’s done on immigration is divisive and hurtful and harmful to our national security.’

They don’t need to be incarcerated. If they’re given a lawyer and given a process, they will follow it. They can go into the community in the way we used to handle these cases under the Department of Justice.”

Kirsten doesn’t mind if child molesters lurk in your ‘hood

So, in other words, Kirsten Gillibrand would be totally fine if illegal aliens who are convicted sex offenders come into your neighborhood.

Because it’s YOUR responsibility as a U.S. taxpayer to make sure they feel welcome in the United States and are financially taken care of.

Remember Mollie Tibbetts, the college student who was abducted and murdered by an illegal immigrant? Well, Kirsten Gillibrand apparently doesn’t.

As a reminder, illegal alien Cristhian Rivera confessed to abducting and murdering 20-year-old Mollie in August 2018.

Gillibrand would also welcome with open arms the hundreds of illegal aliens who broke through a locked gate in Guatemala and streamed into Mexico last month.

They’re all en route to the United States (if they’re not here already). And lil Kirsten would be happy if they came to your neighborhood.

And if the Democratic Party’s mass-importation of illegals costs you money, then you’re racist for complaining. Or noticing.

Democrats prioritize illegal aliens over Americans

Democrats always champion illegal aliens but forget about the hundreds of Americans who are murdered each year by people who shouldn’t even in the United States in the first place.

AG Barr says he’s protecting US presidency, not Trump: ‘Rules were changed to hurt Trump’

These Americans would still be alive if the US had tougher immigration laws and a border wall.
