Shocking footage of Muslim children talking about killing for the “army of Allah” has surfaced and begun understandably concerning some.
The Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center in Philadelphia recently posted the video to their Facebook account, apparently seeing no problem with the footage.
The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), a media watchdog group, has translated the video and revealed some of the more gut-wrenching content.
“The land of the Prophet Muhammad’s Night Journey is calling us. Our Palestine must return to us,” says one kid in the video.
One girl also talks about “sacrificing” her soul and “chopping” off the heads of enemies of Islam.
“We will defend the land of divine guidance with our bodies, and we will sacrifice our souls without hesitation,” she says. “We will chop off their heads, and we will liberate the sorrowful and exalted Al-Aqsa Mosque. We will lead the army of Allah fulfilling His promise, and we will subject them to eternal torture.”
“Our martyrs sacrificed their lives without hesitation,” another young girl says. “They attained paradise, and the scent of musk still emanates from their bodies. They compete with one another to reach paradise.”
She then asks, “Will Jerusalem be their capitol city or will it be a hotbed for cowards?”
The rest of the video shows even younger children dancing to a strange and equally disturbing song. The lyrics to the tune include gems like: “The blood of martyrs protects us. Paradise needs real men.”
“These are not isolated incidents; they are happening in major centers of the country – including in Pennsylvania,” MEMRI said in a statement about the video to Fox News.
The Muslim American Society, which this Islamic center is part of, has 42 chapters across the United States.
The Muslim American Society’s goal, according to its website, is to “move people to strive for God-consciousness, liberty and justice, and to convey Islam with utmost clarity.”

Many have taken to social media to express concern over the video.
“This is incredibly dangerous in the United States. This needs to be investigated. Homegrown Islamic terror would be a very big problem,” wrote one user on Twitter.
“These hate-mongering little monsters along with the beasts who bred them need to be shown the door out of America!” tweeted conservative commentator David Wohl.
Another user replied, “Why isn’t MAS being bought up on charges for child endangerment? Teaching violence isn’t a protected 1st amendment right.”
And another added, “If you want to post a video showing how screwed up our immigration system is, watch this video of Muslim kids in Philly celebrating Islamic radical hatred.”
Despite posting a video of children talking so casually about killing, the American Muslim Society claims to only promote peace. They put out a statement recently condemning the attack on a synagogue in San Diego. Recent comments on that public statement have included many posting this disturbing video.
“Hate has no place in our society. In an era where we’ve seen an increase in hate crimes, including rising Islamophobia and anti-semitism, we must stand tall together in solidarity.” said Ayman Hammous, Executive Director of MAS, in the statement, “these acts of terror in places of worship and against humanity cannot become the norm.”
