Congresswoman Ilhan Omar resisted Meghan McCain’s efforts to call her out about some of her recent controversial, anti-semitic comments. McCain was part of a discussion Sunday on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.”
The topic of discussion for the panel, in the wake of the Saturday synagogue shooting in California, was anti-semitism.

“When we’re having conversations about anti-semitism, we should be looking at the most extreme on both sides. I would bring up Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and some of her comments that got so much attention,” said McCain.
“In my opinion, Nancy Pelosi wasn’t hard enough in response to her (Omar’s) trafficking in anti-semitic language,” she added.
A few hours later, Omar simply tweeted in mocking response, “Oh, bless her heart!”

Nineteen-year-old wacko John Earnest entered a synagogue in Poway, California, as members there worshiped and celebrated the last day of Passover. He opened fire, killing one woman and injuring three others, including the synagogue’s rabbi.
President Trump offered his sympathies on Saturday. He said the shooting “looked like a hate crime.”
“Our entire nation mourns the loss of life, prays for the wounded, and stands in solidarity with the Jewish community,” said Trump at a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, that evening. “We forcefully condemn the evils of anti-semitism and hate, which must be defeated.”
Omar also attempted to deflect and place the blame of the synagogue attack on a “white nationalist,” a term leftists today equate with all conservatives and Trump supporters, though the shooter’s online screed clearly identifies him as a Trump hater. Earnest does fit the bill, though, of being an extremely disturbed hater of all minorities and a white nationalist in the mold of nazism. She tweeted …
A white nationalist literally terrorized a synagogue during Passover yesterday and you have yet to say anything.
Shame on you. https://t.co/X6EoQBsnfG

@IlhanMN seems to me like you’re getting a bit of a big head congresswoman. Don’t misinterpret all the attention. You’re not the future of the dem party. The blue wave in 18 was not a reflection of your views. It was WILDLY more moderate and in sync with the values of the center

Unfortunately Rep Omar you feed the machine with your Comments. You’re either incredibly naive or just plane reckless. I don’t if you hate Israel at this point ok fine. I support free speech. The thing is though, You’re creating dialogue that distracts & wreaks the Dems agenda.

I suggest @Ilhan look look at the meaning of the word “bless” —ask God to look favorably on. —May God remove the hatred from your heart so you “love” all as I was taught to do. —conservative Christian ?

Of Course, per your “Jew-ckolded” staff press secretary, only white nationalists can be antisemitic. What hypocrisy. Your public vitriol and hatred of jews apparently has another title to it and is allowed by extreme lefties and the tag-along media…
