Donald Trump continues victory lap with new, hilarious ‘no collusion’ video

Today has been a very good day for President Donald Trump.

After saying “there was no collusion” more times than any one human being can count for two years, Trump was publicly cleared of any wrongdoing in the 2016 presidential election on Thursday morning as details of the Mueller investigation were made public.

After a long and controversial investigation, Robert Mueller found the president guilty of no collusion during his presidential campaign.

Celebrities and media heads played up the Mueller investigation for two years and constantly talked of impeachment or possible jail time for the president, so it’s understandable that today’s public vindication has Trump in good spirits.

The president first took to Twitter in the morning to share a “Game of Thrones”-style meme taking aim at “the haters and radical left Democrats.”

The image features Trump surrounded by smoke and text reading, “No collusion. No obstruction. For the haters and radical left Democrats — GAME OVER.”

“Game over” is written in font similar to the kind used in the opening credits for the popular fantasy series “Game of Thrones,” which is currently airing its eighth and final season.

HBO, the network that airs “Game of Thrones,” actually responded to the president’s meme with a public statement saying they disapprove of their show being used to make political points.

“Though we can understand the enthusiasm for ‘Game of Thrones’ now that the final season has arrived, we still prefer our intellectual property not be used for political purposes,” said the network.

This is the second time Trump has used a “Game of Thrones”-style meme to platform a political message.

Not letting HBO rain on his parade, the president later took to Twitter to have some more fun. Trump shared a video featuring a compilation of left-wing media heads reacting to the Mueller Report with disappointing defeat.

“As I have been saying all along, NO COLLUSION — NO OBSTRUCTION!” the president tweeted along with the video.

The clips begin with a newspaper headline reading, “Report: No collusion.” It then cuts to comedian James Corden — host of “The Late Late Show” — saying, “The Russia investigation is finally over.”

The late-night host then tries to hold back laughter as he adds, “The news caught many people by surprise.”

CNN panelists are then shown admitting the Mueller report exonerates Trump of any wrongdoing.

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough is eventually seen telling his audience, “Robert Mueller gave a very clear answer and that was that there was no collusion.”

The video ends by showing a collection of newspaper headlines reporting the news about the Mueller report.

Many Trump supporters celebrated with the president when they commented on his tweet.

“Your supporters have NEVER doubted you, President Trump. And we never will doubt you because we know you love America as much as we do!” wrote one user.

Another responded, “This is a HUGE WIN for President Trump and a huge win for America.”

Now that the costly and distracting effort that was the Mueller investigation is officially in the rearview mirror, it’s hard to argue with that sentiment. This is, indeed, a huge win for President Trump and America.
