Black conservatives across America are furious at Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx over her shocking unilateral decision to drop all 16 felony counts against “Empire” star Jussie Smollett after he staged a fake hate crime.
Critics say Foxx’s move to clear Smollett of all charges despite a mountain of damning evidence decimates “the myth of White Privilege.”
The Chicago Police Department was not consulted about the decision, and are furious over the miscarriage of justice.
Chicago Prosecutor Is Pals With Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris
Kim Foxx, a Democrat, is the state’s attorney for Cook County, Illinois. She’s friends with former First Lady Michelle Obama and US Senator Kamala Harris.
There are widespread rumors that Smollett allies pressured prominent black politicians to get the charges against Smollett dropped. Hello, corruption??
Jussie Smollett ‘Destroyed the Myth of White Privilege’
Conservative commentator Candace Owens is livid that Smollett used his connections and the “Race Card” to escape punishment for a serious crime.
Owens tweeted: “Jussie Smollett is an utter perversion of justice who just DESTROYED the myth of white privilege.”
She continued: “Imagine if a white male actor faked a hate crime against himself by pretending black men attacked him in the middle of the night, then was subsequently acquitted of all charges.”

Hodge Twins: ‘So Much for White Privilege!’
Conservative comedians the Hodge Twins — Kevin and Keith — ripped the judge for sealing Smollett’s files.
“The damn judge, he sealed the files on the case,” the Hodge twins said in a Twitter video. “You can’t see what they negotiated.”
“Man, what the hell happened to transparency?
We got a white billionaire president — and everybody wants to see the damn Mueller report [even though it contains classified intel]. So much for white privilege!
But you got this black [clown] out here committing fake hate crimes — and they sealed the damn files? And the mainstream media wants everybody to believe that America is racist? Yeah, this country sounds racist as f*ck!”

Teen Conservative: ‘Black Privilege Is Real’
Similarly, CJ Pearson — a popular black teen conservative — blasted Smollett for shamelessly fomenting racial outrage in order to get famous and gain public sympathy.
CJ also pointed out that Smollett tried to ignite a race war by blaming his fake crime on white Trump supporters.
“To hear now that he will go UNPUNISHED, I have just one thing to say: black privilege is real,” Pearson tweeted.
.@JussieSmollett sought to tear this country apart at the seams all in an effort to bolster his national profile and bring attention to flailing Hollywood career.

Chicago’s Leftist Mayor: Does This Man Have No Decency?
Even avowed liberals — like Chicago’s Democrat Mayor Rahm Emanuel — slammed the prosecutor’s decision to drop all charges against Smollett. Emanuel is a longtime friend of Barack Obama who previously served as his White House chief of staff.
“Where is the accountability in the system?” an angry Emanuel asked. “This is without a doubt a white wash of justice…Is there no decency in this man?”
Mayor Rahm Emanuel torches Jussie Smollett:
"[He's] still saying that he is innocent, still running down the Chicago Police Department"
"How dare he! How dare him!"
"[He's] been let off scot-free, with no sense of accountability of the moral and ethical wrong of his actions" pic.twitter.com/WAdIXZxXoG

Chicago Police Chief: ‘Smollett Committed This Hoax’
Chicago’s Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson — who’s black — also torched Smollett. Johnson says Smollett owes the city an apology for wasting their time and police resources.
“Do I think justice was served? No,” Johnson said at a March 26 press conference. “This city is still owed an apology.”
Johnson added that Chicago police has more damning evidence it hasn’t released yet that proves Smollett’s guilt.
Accordingly, Superintendent Johnson has no doubt that Smollett is guilty of the crimes he was charged with.
“At the end of the day, it’s Mr. Smollett that committed this hoax. Period,” Johnson said.

Smollett Rose to Fame By Playing the Victim
Jussie Smollett was an obscure actor who starred on the hip-hop TV show “Empire” from 2015 until February 2019.
Smollett claimed he was a victim even though he led a privileged life — earning $125,000 an episode on his hit TV show.
Jussie shot to international fame in January, when he filed a bogus police report claiming he was the victim of a racist, homophobic crime, as BizPac Review reported.
Smollett told police that he was attacked in Chicago by two white Trump supporters wearing MAGA hats. Smollett hates President Donald Trump and has repeatedly slammed him on Twitter, dating back to 2011.
Nigerian Brothers Confessed They Conspired with Smollett
Smollett — who’s openly gay — initially told police that his white attackers called him racist, homophobic slurs, poured bleach on him, and tied a rope around his neck while screaming, “This is MAGA country!”
In reality, police say Jussie hired two Nigerian brothers to stage the fake crime. In February, the brothers confessed the threesome’s conspiracy plot to authorities.
Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx reportedly dropped the charges against Smollett — against the wishes of Chicago Police — because of her and Jussie’s ties to influential black politicians, including former first lady Michelle Obama and Senator Kamala Harris.
No One on Twitter Believes Smollett Is Innocent
Most on Twitter were not surprised by the corruption and hypocrisy of Democrats, who are making excuses for Smollett’s crimes despite incontrovertible evidence proving his guilt.
= Too many social justice warrior points for Jussie Smollett to be held accountable for his crimes.

From now on- when you hear liberals whining about how the criminal justice system is so oppressive to minorities, how institutional racism is ingrained in the justice system – just tell them that's a load of Smollett
