Triggered Virginia Dem calls conservative minorities ‘an embarrassment’…says ‘we can’t wait for them to exit’ the state

While some far-leftists like to lambaste minorities who believe in national sovereignty, free speech, religious freedom, personal responsibility, etc., as “Uncle Toms” and “coons,” the Democrat Party of Virginia apparently prefers referring to them as an “embarrassment.”

“Dinesh D’Souza and the rest of that group are an embarrassment to America,” a spokesperson for the party said over the weekend to Virginia station WTVR after Dinesh D’Souza and an array of other conservative minorities took part in a BLEXIT conference Sunday afternoon in Richmond.

“We can’t wait for them to exit our Commonwealth,” the spokesperson added.

The spokesperson was later identified by Big League Politics, the same outlet that exposed Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam last month, as the party’s communications director, Jake Rubenstein. That someone that high within the party would label conservative minorities as an “embarrassment” is telling.

The event featured BLEXIT founder Cadnace Owens, retired Tucson police officer Brandon Tatum and conservative activist and author Dinesh D’Souza, among a host of other minorities who’ve either abandoned the Democrat Party or were always conservative.

Also in attendance were a bevy of young and old minorities who are fed-up with the Democrat Party.

“Brexit is Britain leaving the European Union for a better future for themselves,” one high school-aged event-goer named Chandler Crump said to WTVR. “Blexit leaving the Democratic party for a better future for themselves. It’s the same thing.”

It’s unclear whether Rubenstein feels that young minorities such as Crump who prefer to think for themselves and not just swallow Democrat Party talking points whole are also an “embarrassment.”

When questioned by Big League Politics about whether he’d like to clarify the remarks he made to WTVR, Rubenstein reportedly rudely replied, “Not to you.”

This repugnant attitude is nothing new for the Democrat Party, which has a sordid history of disrespecting both minorities who dare to think outside the box and also those independent media outlets that choose to practice real journalism versus merely serving as Democrat Party propagandists.

The same applies to the media, which has a tendency of downplaying, obfuscating or outright ignoring news stories that hurt the Democrat Party but benefit the Republican Party.

In the case of the BLEXIT event Sunday, most of the state’s news outlets chose to ignore the conference, one concerned Virginia citizen, Ann, told Big League Politics.

“I found nothing and so called their news room where a staffer responded that they only had 1 reporter available on Sunday afternoon and opted to cover something else,” she said.

As of Tuesday morning, the only outlets to have covered the BLEXIT rally were WTVR, Breitbart, The Daily Caller, Big League Politics and now BizPac Review.

Even WTVR wasn’t entirely innocent, Ann claimed. Her frustration lay with the station’s decision to not publicly identify the spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Virginia who ridiculed conservative minorities as an “embarrassment.”

“It seems that Richmond’s distaste for Black people has no bounds … from its local ‘news’ sources to the top men at Virginia’s helm,” she concluded.

Thanks to reporting by Big League Politics, the state’s governor was outed last month for having worn blackface and gone by the nickname “coonman” during his college years. As of early March, he still remained in office as the Democrat Party of Virginia’s top official in power.

Dovetailing back to the BLEXIT conference, one of its participants was conservative politician Bishop E.W. Jackson. Six years ago he lost to Northam in a race to elect Virginia’s next lieutenant governor. What’s notable about that election is how Northam behaved during a debate with Jackson held days before the actual election.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE MISSING …

Following the debate, Northam refused to shake Jackson’s hand for reasons that remain unclear to this day. Jackson has long suspected the reason was racism:

It’s unclear who Rubenstein finds more embarrassing — the current white Virginia governor who refused to shake a black opponent’s hand, or the black conservative politician and Protestant minister who had the apparent gall to attend Sunday’s BLEXIT event.

What’s clear is that to social media users, the real “embarrassment” (and racists too, perhaps) is the Democrat Party of Virginia:
