Fox Business host Lou Dobbs is furious that Republicans aren’t demanding the arrest of former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe after he admitted in a shocking “60 Minutes” interview that he had plotted to overthrow President Trump.
“Why is the establishment in Washington D.C. not screaming for the arrest of Andrew McCabe and all of his co-horts in the DOJ and FBI? Why the hell wasn’t the Republican Party standing up and demanding his arrest?”
Matt Schlapp — the chairman of the American Conservative Union — says it’s because establishment Republicans are afraid of controversy by “taking on the Deep State.”
Dobbs: Establishment Republicans Are ‘Gutless’
Dobbs called these spineless Republicans “gutless wonders” who refuse to do anything to protect the leader of their party — and more importantly — a duly elected sitting United States president.
Matt Schlapp says if the GOP remains wimps in the face of such shameless Democrat obstructionism, then the Republican Party deserves to crater into extinction.
“Lou, if that’s where the Republican Party stays, it will deserve to lose and be on the ash heap of history. We’re either going to represent the people or we’re not. If we don’t, we deserve to lose.”
Dobbs agreed, saying: “They either follow President Trump or they are going to be on the scrapheap of history.”
As BizPac Review has repeatedly chronicled, Obama holdovers at the highest levels of the FBI and the Department of Justice conspired to undermine and overthrow President Trump after failing to derail his 2016 presidential election.
McCabe Admits Deep State Conspiracy
Andrew McCabe is an Obama holdover who was fired for lying to the FBI in March 2018. McCabe has admitted that he plotted with acting AG Rod Rosenstein (another Obama holdover) and other top officials to remove Trump by invoking the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.
McCabe has lashed out at Trump after he admitted he lied to FBI investigators regarding his 2016 decision to leak intel to the Wall Street Journal about the Hillary Clinton email probe.
Lying to the FBI is a federal crime punishable by a five-year jail sentence, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
Andrew McCabe was fired in March 2018 — not by Trump — but by US Attorney General Jeff Sessions on the recommendation of Obama-appointed Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
Here’s one of McCabe’s career highlights: Good ole Andy used taxpayer money to buy a $70,000 conference table and then tried to hide it from Congress.

Rush Limbaugh: ‘This Is a Silent Coup’
Radio host Rush Limbaugh says Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, and former FBI director James Comey should be prosecuted for trying to subvert the will of American voters by conspiring to overthrow President Trump.
People unelected — simply because they don’t like a guy’s hairstyle or like where he came from — decide the American people’s decision was invalid, and began a systematic process to get him thrown out of office. This is a silent coup.
These guys, if you ask me, ought to be the ones in jail. They ought to be the ones under investigation.
What they have done, working with agents in the Obama intelligence agencies, is simply unprecedented. This is one of the greatest political hoaxes that has ever been perpetrated on the people of this country, certainly in a couple of generations.”
Chris Wallace gets schooled when he tries to browbeat Rush like others in an interview everyone needs to hear https://t.co/2Ghd5YfoIv

Meanwhile, Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will step down in mid-March. His resignation was expected, now that William Barr has been confirmed as US Attorney General.
