House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is in her later years, but that’s OK, since plenty of others in the government are older, including President Donald Trump.
What’s maybe not OK — and if anything rather concerning to some — is Pelosi’s habit of mispronouncing words, suffering brain freezes and getting the most basic details wrong.
Take for instance dates. If you know what day it happens to be, congratulations, because you apparently know more than Pelosi, a woman so confused she got Valentine’s Day mixed up with Thanksgiving.

“Happy Valentine’s Day,” she initially said Thursday after the House passed a bipartisan omnibus spending bill. “We saluted our victory — or the victory for the American people — earlier with chocolate. Chocolate from California, I call it the champagne of chocolate. So again, I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. You should go home now to your loved ones.”
Wait, what?
What’s amazing is that she said this after already saying, “Happy Valentine’s Day.” This means it took her less than 15 seconds to apparently get confused and forget what day it is.
Does this prove she’s deranged and unfit for office? Of course not. But since the Democrat Party and its allies are using the president’s declaration of a national emergency Friday to argue that he’s deranged and unfit for office, well …

If the president is deranged and unfit for office because he’s willing to do whatever’s necessary to secure the porous southern U.S. border, then what on Earth is Pelosi, a woman who at the age of 78 seems to possess the articulation skills of a toddler whose mouth is full of peanut butter!?
