Stacey Abrams won’t stop attacking Covington boys, against all evidence

Failed Georgia Democrat gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams may want to consider applying for a job at MSNBC or CNN given her penchant for conspiracy theories and flat-out lies.

She spewed her latest lie this week by continuing to accuse the now-famous students of Covington Catholic High School of using “inappropriate language” and exuding xenophobia, racism, bigotry and hatred during the notorious incident Jan. 18 at the Lincoln Memorial.

Listen:

“I know that there is a narrative that says that we don’t have the full picture of what preceded that moment, but the issue is what happened in the moment we saw,” she said in an interview with the far-left propaganda “news’ program “Democracy Now!”

Following the Jan. 18 incident, the media began propagating a false narrative that the Covington kids had harassed a Native American man. This narrative has long since been debunked.

“In that moment, we saw disrespect, we saw communities divided and we heard language that is not appropriate. So, no matter what instigated it, but we have to focus on as why this was the reaction. And unfortunately, this begins at the top,” Abrams continued lying.

“We have a commander-in-chief who has never failed to signal his xenophobia, his racism, his bigotry and his hatred, and that will absolutely filter down to the youngest and most impressionable members of our communities. And so we all have to stand up and say that regardless of why it began, it ends now.”

Except no xenophobia, racism, bigotry and hatred filtered down to the Covington kids because, one, the president perpetuates none of those things, and two, the kids acted in no such way.

Video evidence from the incident shows what really happened: While hanging out at the Lincoln Memorial following the conclusion of the March for Life, the teens were verbally accosted by a group of black supremacists affiliated with the Black Hebrew Israelites hate group:

A Native American man named Nathan Phillips then confronted the kids with a loud drum — while they were just trying to mind their business and rally for their school — to allegedly try and reduce the growing tension. It’s unclear why he didn’t confront the hate group instead.

Watch:

But none of this was initially reported by the media. Instead the media ran with footage of one of the Covington boys smiling politely in Phillips’ face and used it to portray him as a thuggish young male whose “smirk” was endemic of America’s Trump-inspired white supremacy.

It’s been roughly half a month since the incident occurred, and since then every false narrative peddled by the habitually incorrect media has been debunked in full. Moreover, a number of the media outlets and personalities that smeared the kids have reportedly been sued for libel.

So then why is Abrams stating things that she ought to know are lies?

To this day the failed Georgia Democrat gubernatorial nominee continues to falsely claim that she was cheated out of a victory in the midterm elections last year because of so-called “voter suppression.”

The term “voter suppression” is itself a pejorative coined by Democrats to smear GOP efforts to root out election fraud. Abrams nevertheless remains so convinced of the alleged “suppression” in Georgia that she money to air the following ad during the upcoming Superbowl game:

It’s clear why so many Americans think she’s patently crazy, which is why it’s rather odd that the Democrat Party chose her to deliver the infamous rebuttal address following President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address next Tuesday, as noted by social media.

Language Warning … Look:

And yes, she has indeed come out in support of criminal aliens voting in local elections. Coupled with the fact that she’s now spouting lies about the Covington kids, her critics aren’t apt to stop viewing her as a crazy person anytime soon.
