A popular conservative radio host has been temporarily forced into hiding because of the death threats issued against him by what appears to be a virulently left-wing political activist.
While radio host Michael Savage is accustomed to receiving death threats, as he recounted to The Washington Times, the latest threat hit too close to home for him to ignore.
“Over the years, I have received many threats and have chosen to ignore them,” he said in a statement. “However, given the violent, vile times we are living in and the specific nature of this threat, both I and some serious agencies are taking this threat very seriously.”
He explained that a restaurant he often frequents received an email from someone who threatened to commit a mass shooting if the establishment ever allowed him to dine there again.
“I DEMAND THAT YOU REFUSE TO ALLOW MICHAEL SAVAGE … IN YOUR F-ING RESTAURANT AGAIN. HE IS A RACIST WHITE SUPREMACIST PIECE OF SH— … DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO ME?” the email sent to the unnamed restaurant reportedly reads.
” WELL I GUESS YOURE ALL GONNA F—ING DIE THEN CUZ I AM WAITING FOR THE MOTHAF— AND I WILL WAIT AND WATCH YOUR F—ING BUSINESS AND WHEN I SEE HIM GO IN THERE IM GOING TO START SHOOTING EVERY BODY I CAN FIND.”
The unidentified activist continued his email by noting that he owns three guns and “CAN DO SOME SERIOUS F—ING DAMAGE. “I WILL KILL AS MANY OF YOU RACIST-SUPPORTING/ENABLING WHITE SUPREMACISTS AS I F—ING CAN.”
Savage reportedly responded to the email by changing his location, informing the authorities about the nature of the threat and posting the following message to his Twitter feed:
WHOEVER E’D THAT DEATH THREAT AGAINST ME AND THREATENS TO ‘SHOOT UP A RESTAURANT’ I FREQUENT I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TURN YOURSELF IN TO A LOCAL POLICE STATION. THEY ARE ON TO YOU AND YOUR ANTIFA FRIENDS. YOU HAVE COMMITTED A FEDERAL CRIME. MAYBE YOU CAN GET A LIGHTER SENTENCE

Besides facing charges for issuing threats, the perpetrator could conceivably wind up with hate charges as well over what he or she wrote next in the email to the unnamed restaurant.
“PEOPLE WILL F—ING DIE,” the perpetrator wrote. “IM GOING TO KILL THAT F—ING CRYPTO JEW BUT IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR WHOLE BUSINESS TO TURN INTO A F—IN SHOOTING GALLERY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS YOU BETTER KEEP HIM OUTTA THERE OR ELSE … YOURE ALL GONNA F—IN DIE UNLESS YOU DO WHAT I F—IN SAY. ILL REALLY MAKE U F—IN FAMOUS.”
This rhetoric — coupled with the false allegations of white supremacy — strongly suggest the perpetrator is a left-wing radical whose political views align with many in the Democrat Party.
The same applies to the perpetrator’s false claims of white supremacy. The left often uses this term to smear those to the right of center whose views belie those of the Democrat establishment. Even Candace Owens, a black conservative activist, has been smeared as a white supremacist.
So has Fox News host Tucker Carlson, whose wife almost became the victim of a vicious mob of left-wing activists when they congregated around his home one evening last November.
“I called my wife,” he said at the time, describing what happened. “She had been in the kitchen alone, getting ready to go to dinner, and she heard pounding on the front door and screaming … Someone started throwing himself against the front door and actually cracked the front door.”
“Tucker Carlson, we are outside your home. We want you to know we know where you sleep at night. Tucker Carlson, we will fight! We know where you sleep at night!” the left-wing activists can be heard chanting in the horrifying video below:
Behavior such as this has become a staple among the left ever since the election of President Donald Trump. It reflects a growing hatred among the left for anyone who refuses to toe the Democrat Party line. Ginned up by the demonstrably far-left media, this animosity has led to a rise in vandalism, discrimination, assault and sometimes even death threats against conservatives.
The good news is that for every hateful left-wing activist, there’s an army of supporters standing behind victims such as Michael Savage, among many others.
Come to Alabama, we will protect you.
