Women’s march in California canceled because it was too white. Seriously.

A women’s march in a majority-white California county was canceled because organizers say it was too white.

Organizers of the Women’s March in predominantly-white Humboldt County, California, canceled their planned January 19 march because the participants were too white.

“Up to this point, the participants have been overwhelmingly white, lacking representation from several perspectives in our community,” the Women’s March of Eureka California said in a Facebook statement (see below).

“Instead of pushing forward with crucial voices absent, the organizing team will take time for more outreach.”

Maybe the women’s march in Humboldt County is “overwhelmingly white” because that accurately reflects the demographics of the area.

Humboldt County is 83.5% white, as of US Census statistics taken in July 2018.

Some women disagreed with the decision to cancel the march, saying that does not advance the goal of the movement — which is to promote women’s issues.

“I was appalled, to be honest,” Amy Sawyer Long told the Washington Times. “I understand wanting a diverse group. However, we live in a predominantly white area…How is it beneficial to cancel? No matter the race, people still want their voices heard.”

This absurd “forced diversity” that radical liberals are trying to shove down everyone’s throats spotlights another alarming trend — which is the open warfare the left has declared on white women.
