Bette Midler’s Twitter poem celebrates Mueller ‘hanging’ the whole Trump family ‘good and high’

Anti-Trump actress Bette Midler appears to believe that President Donald Trump and his entire family — including presumably his children and his grandchildren — all deserve to be hanged. Why? Well, it’d likely take a team of expert psychologists to figure that out.

“Trump Trump Trump Bob Mueller’s marching,” she tweeted Friday. “Trump Trump Trump And here is why Trump Trump Trump He’s gonna hang you Hang the fam’ly GOOD AND HIGH!”

Look at her poem  below:

She posted the tweet in response to a video shared by Democrat political figure Scott Dworkin that shows President Donald Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. talking about pursuing “potential golf development and high-end hotel assets” in Russia.

Both Dworkin and Midler seem to think the video, which was recorded in 2011, is further proof that the Trump family colluded with Russian operatives to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. It’s unclear how a discussion from 2011 about potential business contracts proves anything.

Watch the video below:

It is however perfectly clear to a large number of people that Midler’s Trump Derangement Syndrome has reached the point of no conceivable return.

“This is beyond TDS, this is something for the @SecretService to look into,” one Twitter user wrote, the point being that perhaps it’s time for the authorities to get involved.

Look:

Twitter users were right to note that, one, it’s not illegal to pursue business interests in Russia, and two, no evidence has surfaced in the past two years to prove the dubious collusion narrative.

The latter point is one that the far-left has had difficulty accepting. Just this week the left broke into cheers when the president’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to Congress. They thought this meant Trump would be indicted soon. They were wrong.

“Mr. Cohen asked for and received Mr. Trump’s signature on a nonbinding letter of intent for the project in October 2015,” The Wall Street Journal noted, adding that the efforts incidentally began a few months after Trump began running for the presidency.

“Both Mr. Cohen and another Trump associate … said in emails obtained by investigators that they planned to enlist top Russian officials’ help for the project. In January 2016, Mr. Cohen sought help from Mr. Putin’s top press official in arranging the deal.”

During meetings with the House and Senate Intelligence Committees a year later, Cohen lied about the specific timing and extent of these communications with Russian officials.

According to Fox News chief Intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge, it’s this lie that Cohen copped to Thursday morning. Nothing more, nothing less.

Included among the leftists who erroneously thought otherwise was of course Midler:

What’s unclear is why Midler’s hateful tweet toward the president remains on Twitter. Conservatives have been suspended or banned from for posting far less “controversial” remarks.

To many it suggests a glaring double standard:
