Avenatti dealt another dose of bad news, gets busy blaming ‘the right’ and calling it ‘garbage’

Creepy porn lawyer” Michael Avenatti received yet another dose of brutally devastating news this week when he lost a court appeal regarding his law firm, Eagan Avenatti, and its California office.

Late last month Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert J. Moss ordered that the firm vacate its office in Newport Beach for failing to pay over $200,000 in rent to the facility’s landlord, the Irvine Co., according to the Los Angeles Times.

Moss arrived at the ruling after a one-hour trial that Avenatti skipped. The frequently criticized porn lawyer responded by filing for an appeal. During an appeal hearing Friday that Avenatti reportedly also skipped, Judge Moss reaffirmed his original decision. This therefore leaves the attorney’s team with up until Monday to vacate the premises.

But instead of displaying any humility or introspection, the smear merchant has doubled down on what some have described as his “incredible arrogance,” claiming in a tweet that his firm had already been in the process of moving:

Then why did he file for an appeal on Oct. 31 and reportedly lie about the firm’s deal with the landlord?

“On Oct. 31, Avenatti asked the court to stop the eviction, saying Avenatti & Associates, another entity that he owns, had an ‘oral rental agreement with the landlord’ that must be honored,” the Times reported. “The landlord denied there was any such agreement.”

This blow to Avenatti’s firm and ego comes only days after he was arrested on allegations of domestic violence in what some described as a dose of “Kavanaugh karma.”

Earlier this year the discredited attorney trotted out patently false allegations of rape and sexual assault against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Both he and his client, Julie Swetnick, have since been referred to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation for their false statements.

Despite trying to smear Kavanaugh and siding with the hypocritical extremists who still to this day allege that all alleged sexual assault victims should be believed — even in the face of no substantiating evidence — he’s now demanding that everyone not believe his accuser.

Avenatti has also suddenly taken to conspiracy theories, asserting without any evidence that that pro-Trump activist Jacob Wohl somehow manufactured the allegations against him.

“First Mueller and now me. When we are fully exonerated I am coming for you Jacob Wohl aka Surefire,” he tweeted Thursday, referencing a debunked conspiracy theory against special counsel Robert Mueller that Wohl had touted earlier in the week.

Avenatti’s stunning hypocrisy and double standards have provided great entertainment to the denizens of social media, who argue that he is a picture perfect representation of every single thing he has accused others, including Kavanaugh, of being.
