Fox News contributor Kat Timpf recounted how she was confronted by a “super belligerent” woman at a New York City bar simply because of where she works.
The woman allegedly did not want to discuss any of Timpf’s views or comments but was angry about her work affiliation, the journalist and comedian told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto on his show Monday.
“Over the weekend I was at a bar,” Timpf said. “And a girl — she realized I worked at Fox News — she started screaming at me, telling me to get out. I tried to move to a different area of the bar. She kept screaming at me, telling me to get out.”
Timpf, a regular on Fox News’ “The Greg Gutfeld Show,” tweeted about the incident a few hours after it happened over the weekend.
I was just ran out of an establishment because of where I work. Chewed out, abused. But I guess that’s the norm now.

“I kept trying to say, ‘What did I say that you had a problem with?’ I thought it was one of my views that was so offensive,” Timpf told Cavuto. “She said it doesn’t matter. I don’t think she knew a single thing that I ever said on TV. She just knew where I worked. And that was enough for me to be run out of the bar.”
Fearing the encounter would turn violent, Timpf chose to leave the bar.
“I was afraid she was going to hit me or throw a drink at me,” the 30-year-old libertarian continued. “She was super belligerent.”
This isn’t Timpf’s first encounter with Fox News-haters.

Cavuto noted how, in the current volatile climate, Timpf’s reaction proved that “cooler, calmer, self-effacing heads can prevail.”
As typical on the left, Timpf was mocked by some on Twitter who felt she “deserved” to be run out of the New York City bar. Timpf tweeted a message to the haters herself.
I genuinely hope that none of the people who are saying I deserved what happened to me ever have to experience the fear and humiliation that comes with being publicly harassed.

Others quickly came to her defense and pointed out how far the left will go to attack anyone who does not agree with their narrative.
Fox News personality Kat Timpf, who is 5’7” and probably weighs about 100 pounds, was chased out of a restaurant last week by progressive activists. Bullying tiny women is the new normal for Leftists. https://t.co/jg2oH276E6

Kat Timpf’s height and weight are irrelevant. She has the right to be left alone from the jackals in the streets. Rave on, Kat!

@KatTimpf I apologize 4 all of civilized humanity 4 what these uncivilized animals forced you 2 endure. Apparently, tolerance & acceptance, along w/your privacy rights under the Constitution, mean nothing 2 certain factions of society any more. May KARMA rule the days 2 come. ?

That @KatTimpf had to leave because nobody came to her defense makes one thing clear: there are no men in Brooklyn https://t.co/fi1hNpgkJz
