Gutfeld’s not letting it pass, speaks out about Kavanaugh accuser admitting her charge was a ‘ploy’

Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld weighed in on the woman who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of rape admitting that she made it all up, and the questions he asked go a long way toward exposing the Democratic Party’s shameful tactics.

“When investigators confronted left-wing activist Judy Munro-Leighton, she admitted it was all just a ploy to stop the nomination,” Gutfeld said. “It nearly ruined a man and his family, which is easy to do when one entire party rejects due process — all you need is a postcard to [Sen.] Dianne Feinstein, it’s easier than registering to vote.”

While calling Leighton a “creep,” Gutfeld noted that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley has referred her for criminal prosecution for making false claims, as he did accuser Julie Swetnik “and her horrible lawyer Michael Avenatti.”

He then explained why this matters.

“Now it’s important that all of these people get what’s coming to them — after due process, of course — because what they did to Kavanaugh could be done to you,” he said. “It’s also despicable how much press the allegation got versus the press it isn’t getting now once it’s debunked.”

Gutfeld then asked a series of telling questions.

“If the Democrats actually believed in these charges, why aren’t they pursuing them now?” he inquired. “I mean, so what if the guy got confirmed, why stop justice? Why aren’t they presenting evidence and more witnesses?”

“Could it be they knew the charges were false from the start?” Gutfeld continued. “Could it be they were willing to stand a false smear that would destroy multiple lives just to score a political win.”

“You know the answer.”
