Twitter feud erupts when producer of ‘Ellen’ earns himself a response, and invite, from First Lady after snarky jab

Snide comments about the First Lady earned an unusual invitation to the White House for a producer on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

The show’s executive producer, Andy Lassner, took a jab at Melania Trump Monday, tweeting that he is “more afraid” of “another Melania” entering the United States than the migrant caravan headed to the U.S.-Mexico border.

The top producer sparked a Twitter feud with the White House director of communications for the first lady who tweeted back, inviting him to attend a children’s talk planned at the White House on kindness.

“Should I save you a seat?” the first lady’s spokesperson, Stephanie Grisham, asked Lassner.

Lassner fired back in a snarky tweet.

Grisham advised him to “check your facts” in response to his comments, as the two continue to exhange barbs on Twitter.

The first lady became a citizen after coming to the U.S. legally from her native Slovenia, unlike the thousands of migrants traveling in a caravan toward the border demanding the U.S. allow them entry.

But facts are lost on liberals like Lassner, a native of Colombia who’s also worked on “The Rosie O’Donnell Show,” and who seems to have a bit of a fixation on the Trumps and the first lady in particular.

Lassner’s latest attack on the first lady was slammed on social media a Twitter users called out the Daytime Emmy Award-winner for his disrespectful bullying.
