Trump admin considering narrowing legal definition of ‘gender,’ and there are only two. Meltdown begins.

In what some describe as a sensible return to common-sense policies, the Trump administration has reportedly proposed redefining gender/sex as an immutable condition that cannot be altered by whim.

In a memo obtained by The New York Times, the Department of Health and Human Services argues that federal agencies should adopt a definition of gender that’s based “on a biological basis that is clear, grounded in science, objective and administrable.”

Though biological science makes it clear that only two distinct genders exist, the administration of former President Barack Hussein Obama muddied the definition of gender for political purposes.

“A series of decisions by the Obama administration loosened the legal concept of sex in federal programs, including in education and health care, recognizing sex largely as an individual’s choice — and prompting fights over bathrooms, dormitories, single-sex programs and other arenas where gender was once seen as a simple concept,” the Times notes.

Thanks to Obama’s meddling and rhetoric, the transgender community became convinced that men who identify as women reserve the right to use women’s restrooms and locker rooms. The normalization of this pseudo science subsequently led to an increase in sexual abusers identifying as women for the purposes of assaulting girls and women.

HHS’s proposal would restore the federal definition of gender so that it refers to either a male or a female — no exceptions — and based solely on the individual’s genital makeup.

“Sex means a person’s status as male or female based on immutable biological traits identifiable by or before birth,” the memo reportedly reads. “The sex listed on a person’s birth certificate, as originally issued, shall constitute definitive proof of a person’s sex unless rebutted by reliable genetic evidence.”

While left-wing corporations such as Target would still be allowed to maintain so-called “transgender bathrooms” were this rule implemented, there would nevertheless at least be a federal standard in place guiding the rest of society toward the correct definition.

Moreover, the implementation of this rule would prompt an immediate end to non-science-based transgender stipulations currently in place in schools, prisons and homeless shelters.

Thanks to Obama yet again, two years ago the Department of Housing and Urban Development ruled that transgender men could use, sleep at and shower in women’s homeless shelters.

And thanks to an Obama administration ruling in 2012, trangender criminals were allowed to choose their own prison based on whichever gender they felt like pretending to be.

The Trump administration’s proposed rule might also lead to the banning of transgender men and women from the military, where they’ve been allowed to serve since the Obama era. The administration has long argued that allowing those suffering from gender dysphoria to service is risky.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis explicitly pointed out in a memo to the president in February that there are “substantial risks” associated with allowing transgender individuals to serve, noting that allowing them to be exempt from the same standards other service members are held to “could undermine readiness [and] disrupt unit cohesion.”

Transgender soldiers also have a tendency to drain the military’s resources by demanding their gender “transition” surgery costs be paid for in full by the taxpayer.

The reaction on social media to the Trump administration’s reported proposal has been divided along partisan lines, with liberals crying their hearts out and conservatives conversely celebrating.
