Amy Schumer refuses imaginary Superbowl ad to stick it to ‘complicit’ NFL, wants Maroon 5 to cancel

Amy Schumer was hating on whitey Friday, taking to Instagram to call out white NFL players for not kneeling “next to your brothers,” accusing the players of being “complicit” with “endless racism,” not to mention “police brutality and murders.”

And to do her part be hip to the scene and stick it to the NFL, Schumer announced that she will not do a Super Bowl commercial — she appeared in a Super Bowl 50 ad with Seth Rogen in 2016.

(The fact that Schumer wasn’t slated to appear in any Super Bowl commercials being an interesting side note.)

Never mind that the league continues to coddle a handful of players forcing their extreme politics on paying customers.

That the actress/comedian was leaning on an over-sized glass of wine in the photo she shared at 8:00 a.m. likely being instructive to her motivation.

Friday thought. I wonder why more white players aren’t kneeling. Once you witness the truly deep inequality and endless racism people of color face in our country, not to mention the police brutality and murders. Why not kneel next to your brothers? Otherwise how are you not complicit? I think it would be cool if @maroon5 backed out of super bowl like @badgalriri Did. I personally told my reps I wouldn’t do a Super Bowl commercial this year. I know it must sound like a privilege ass sacrifice but it’s all i got. Hitting the nfl with the advertisers is the only way to really hurt them. I know opposing the nfl is like opposing the nra. Very tough, but don’t you want to be proud of how you’re living? Stand up for your brothers and sisters of color. And the hottest thing a guy can do is get down on one knee. Not to propose but to reject the treatment of his teammates by this country. Anyone who says its disrespectful to our military please read up on the fact that a lot of veterans are proud of what @kaepernick7 is doing and fully support him. What are your thoughts?

Schumer also called on Adam Levine and Maroon 5 to follow Rihanna’s reported lead and turn down this year’s Super Bowl halftime gig.

“I think it would be cool if @maroon5 backed out of super bowl like @badgalriri Did. I personally told my reps I wouldn’t do a Super Bowl commercial this year. I know it must sound like a privilege ass sacrifice but it’s all i got.”

The left-wing zealot compared the NFL to the NRA and encourage the targeting of the league’s advertisers.

Drawing on radical ex-NFL player Colin Kaepernick, Schumer then explained that the “hottest thing a guy can do is get down on one knee.”

“Not to propose but to reject the treatment of his teammates by this country,” wrote Schumer.

It coming as no surprise that for the leftist comedian, a man hating on his country is considered “hot.”
