Music icon Kanye West did one of the bravest things any celebrity can do today: He wore a MAGA hat in liberal New York City while performing on the leftist TV show “Saturday Night Live.”

Kanye boldly declared his support for his friend, President Donald Trump, after revealing that he was bullied by “SNL” producers to not wear his MAGA hat on-stage.

Kanye West: SNL bullied me backstage!

Because West is a free-thinking man and not a brainwashed boy, he proudly wore his MAGA cap and then slammed the Democratic Party for marginalizing the role of black fathers and promoting welfare dependence in minority communities.

“They bullied me backstage,” Kanye told the audience before NBC cut him off. “They said, ‘Don’t go out there with that hat on.’ They bullied me backstage. They bullied me! And then they say I’m in a sunken place. You want to see the sunken place? Okay, Imma put my Superman cape on, because you can’t tell me what to do.”

Because NBC cut Kanye off mid-speech when he started to bash liberals, comedian Chris Rock posted a video of Kanye on social media.

Kanye: Democrats use the black community for votes

In the excerpt, West praised President Trump and denounced the Democratic Party for exploiting minorities to gain power.

“Blacks want always Democrats,” Kanye said. “You know, it’s like the plan [Democrats] did: to take fathers out of the home and promote welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s the Democratic plan.”

West was referring to an ongoing complaint among some African-American leaders that the Left’s promotion of government dependence and a victim mentality has marginalized black men and destroyed the black community.

Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke blamed the “growth of the welfare state” for the surge in crimes in the black community, as BizPac Review reported:

“I look at the progressive policies that have marginalized black dads. They push them to the side and said, ‘You’re not needed. Uncle Sam is going to be the dad. He’s going to provide for the kids.

But Uncle Sam has been a horrible father. Uncle Sam does not like the kids. He keeps a little food in their mouths and that’s about it. We all know the importance of an intact family, what it can do to shape the behavior of kids.”

Kanye: My friend Donald Trump is not a racist

Kanye West also dismissed the nonstop leftist bashing of President Trump as a racist. Specifically, Kanye is annoyed by liberal whites telling him (a black man) how he should think.

“There are so many times I talk to a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist,'” Kanye recounted. “Well, uh, if I was concerned about racism, I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”

West said the leftist anti-Trump propaganda constantly promoted by the mainstream media is warped, and warned viewers to not let themselves get brainwashed.

“Ninety-percent of news are liberal,” Kanye said. “90 percent of TV, L.A., New York, writers, rappers, musicians. So it’s easy to make it seem so one-sided.”
