Michael Avenatti, the fame-seeking creepy porn lawyer representing Julie Swetnick, the woman who made the outrageous accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was a gang rapist, is peeved that her “story” is being ignored by Senate Republicans.
Not that they don’t have their hands full responding to the unprincipled ambush of Kavanaugh by their colleagues from across the aisle.

“My client Julie Swetnick is demanding the opportunity to be heard, together with at least one supporting witness,” the lawyer tweeted. “The Committee is refusing to get back to us and allow the testimony. I just sent the below email. My client deserves the right to be placed under oath and testify.”
Never mind that her story has more holes in it than Swiss cheese — an incredulous Kavanaugh replied, “This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened.”

But Avenatti, who has toyed with running for president in 2020, desperately needs the media attention and going before the Senate Judiciary Committee as the nation looks on would be a godsend.
He took to Twitter Friday morning to warn that he is taking his “search and destroy for the truth” directly to the American people — likely via CNN or MSNBC, unless he launches a road show, which isn’t out of the question, given the three ring quality of his act.

With a floor vote for Kavanaugh being anticipated Monday, the creepy porn lawyer has just the weekend to gum up the works on behalf of the Democratic Party.
And while Avenatti may take himself seriously, as dies the anti-Trump networks CNN and MSNBC, few outside the hard left do.
