Unhinged anti-Trump sycophant Tom Arnold was a guest on NBC Tuesday morning with host Megyn Kelly asking him about a reported physical altercation with former “Apprentice” producer Mark Burnett at a pre-Emmys party.
And did Kelly ever put him in his place when he tried to elicit sympathy from her for being the victim.
Burnett’s wife, Roma Downey, tweeted a photo of her bruised hand after the incident, blaming the actor.
“Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it Tom? Please stop,” she tweeted.

“Did you cause that bruise?” Kelly asked Arnold, who proceeded to laugh off the claim.
“Roma Downey’s like, ‘Julie Chen, hold my beer,’” he said.
“Stop that, Tom,” Kelly said, scolding the actor. “Don’t disparage her in personal terms. Or Julie Chen, for that matter.”
“She said I assaulted her publicly,” Arnold replied. “That’s disparaging me.”
Arnold said he “didn’t touch her,” but continued to make light of the matter, with the audience laughing along.
But Kelly was not amused.
“Listen, it’s all fun and games,” she said.
“It’s not fun and games!” Arnold fired back.
“Let’s be honest,” Kelly said. “If you did assault her as she claims, it’s no laughing matter.”
“She said that I assaulted her is no damn laughing matter, Megyn!” he answered.
The back and forth continued, but when Arnold suggested that Kelly defend him for being the target of what he claims is false allegation the same way she defends Brett Kavanaugh, she quickly put him in his place.
“No I won’t,” she shot back. “And I’m not defending Kavanaugh, I’m asking for a fair hearing. People are looking to condemn Kavanaugh without a fair hearing.”
Arnold tried to interrupt, but Kelly forcefully told him, “No, no, no, no, I will set the record straight, it’s my show. What I want is a fair hearing for Kavanaugh and for his accuser. That’s what’s fair.”
Kelly received a hardy round of applause for her schooling.
