Christine Blasey Ford’s transparent stall tactic has become even more obvious after her lawyer, Michael Bromwich, fired off a late-night letter complaining that Ford — who’s alleging that she’s the victim of a sex crime — does not want to be questioned under oath by an “experienced sex crimes prosecutor” who’s female.
In a desperate letter to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (see below), Bromwich whined: “This is not a criminal trial for which the involvement of an experienced sex crimes prosecutor would be appropriate. Neither Dr. Blasey Ford nor Judge Kavanaugh is on trial. The goal should be to develop relevant facts, not try a case.”
Bromwich added: “The hiring of an unnamed ‘experienced sex crimes prosecutor’…is also inconsistent with your stated wish to avoid a ‘circus,’ as well as Dr. Blasey Ford’s repeated requests through counsel that senators conduct the questioning.”
Michael Bromwich was the former DOJ Inspector General under Bill Clinton. He is currently representing former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe, who was fired for lying to the FBI amid reports that he plotted with other Obama holdovers at the FBI to undermine and impeach President Trump.
Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh are scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 27.
The goal of the hearing is for the committee to assess their respective credibility before deciding whether to confirm Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Twitter reacted by saying Ford never intended to testify before the Senate (under penalty of perjury —which includes jail time for the liar) because she knows she’s lying and is afraid of the consequences.
“The allegations are horse crap and this woman is growing very concerned about being exposed and potentially committing perjury.”

“The whole thing is a sham…Just hold the vote.”
I told you guys, she’s going to find a reason to back out. She will never give a statement under oath and Dems will say she’s still credible but she was bullied out of testifying. The whole thing is a sham, everyone has their mind made up already, just hold the vote. https://t.co/7pOj7jiTy8

“It’s like she wants it to be a circus.”
Dr. Ford's insistence that she be questioned only be senators and not counsel experienced with and sensitive to sex crimes is baffling. It's like she wants it to be a circus. https://t.co/H3KLxc5hqj

“Ms. Ford is reaching for excuses not to testify on Thursday. Confirm Kavanaugh now.”
I'm inclined to believe Ms. F🤥rd is reaching for excuses not to testify on Thursday. #ConfirmKavanaughNow https://t.co/MCeunVj21e

As BizPac Review previously reported, Christine Blasey Ford’s 11th hour claims that Kavanaugh had groped her in 1983 at a high school party has come under attack after all the witnesses involved claimed the incident never happened.
Similarly, the newly-surfaced allegations of a second accuser, Deborah Ramirez, have also fallen apart under scrutiny after she was unable to find a single witness who could corroborate her story.
Moreover, Ramirez admitted that she could not remember details of the alleged incident and confessed that “there are significant gaps in her memories of the evening” because she was drunk at the time.
Ramirez contacted former classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Kavanaugh was the one who had exposed himself.

It’s not surprising that Ford’s lawyer sent the protest letter to Chuck Grassley after seeing Brett Kavanaugh’s interview with Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum.
Judge Kavanaugh won praise for his earnest, humble, and honest demeanor. He is a devastating witness on his own behalf who appears extremely credible. That is terrifying for anyone who wants to smear him with false accusations.
Republicans, wake up. Stand your ground.
To the Republican members of Congress:
If you cave to liberal demands, you prove that Democrats are in control not because of votes, but because of an inherent weakness within your own party.
Trump can’t do EVERYTHING himself.
Do your part and CONFIRM KAVANAUGH NOW.

You ever hear of Democrat privilege?
It means you can commit crimes without going to jail & do anything without consequences
Like Ted Kennedy killing a girl
Like Keith Ellison beating his girlfriend
Like Hillary selling out America for cash
Like Kerry violating Logan act— Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11) September 25, 2018

The sooner conservatives realize that the left will do absolutely anything to win: lie, cheat, steal, slander, falsify, attack, demagogue, insult, protest, malign, fabricate, and organize – the sooner we will realize they will not give us our country back – we must fight for it.
