Avenatti claims in 48 hours his client will ‘risk her life’ to reveal new provable allegations against Kavanaugh

Now that the ambush of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh includes a creepy porn lawyer, the three ring circus in Washington D.C., is complete, and like a skilled ringmaster, attorney Michael Avenatti knows how to tease the crowd.

Having gone public via social media to say he represents a third woman who makes claims of sexually inappropriate conduct against Kavanaugh, Avenatti is slow rolling the process of releasing the alleged victim’s name, saying she will “literally risk her life” and go public within 48 hours — just before Thursday’s highly anticipated Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

But that was just the appetizer. Giving famed showman P.T.Barnum a run for his money, the creepy porn lawyer appeared on MSNBC to say of the coming allegations that “there very well may be a criminal complaint relating to this conduct.”

“We don’t believe a statute of limitations would apply to it,” Avenatti told host Rachel Maddow.

This alleged incident materialized after a New Yorker hit piece Sunday on Deborah Ramirez, who says Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a college party — a claim that even the New York Times couldn’t corroborate.

Avenatti, who represents porn star Stormy Daniels, told The Guardian the mystery woman “reached out to me,” but he has been stingy with any details, failing to reveal when the alleged incident took place or how the woman knows Kavanaugh.

In a climate fostered by Senate Democrats where the accused is guilty until proven innocent, Avenatti was asked in an appearance on CNN if he was prepared to prove his client’s allegations.

He said “it is our burden. We are going to embrace and meet it.”

“Let me just be really clear about something,” Avenatti said. “They know that I do not traffic in rumor and nonsense. I state facts and I have evidence to back it up. I would not make these allegations lightly.”

“I’m highly confident in the accusations that are going to be made by my client,” the attorney added.

One tidbit Avenatti did share is the woman has had multiple security clearances issued by the federal government.

Avenatti told USA Today the incident will “relate to how they behaved at countless house parties,” and he is calling for Kavanaugh’s childhood friend, Mark Judge, to be called to testify before the Senate.

In revealing that he represented the woman, Avenatti spoke of the “targeting women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them,” and said Kavanaugh’s nomination “must be withdrawn.”

He’s also calling for an opportunity to present testimony to the Judiciary Committee, which would ensure further delays in the confirmation process.

Kavanaugh appeared on Fox News with his wife Monday evening and denied any sexual misconduct, telling host Martha MacCallum he was a virgin throughout high school.

“Yes, there were parties and the drinking age was 18 and yes, the seniors were legal and had beer there,” he explained. “And, yes, people might have had too many beers on occasion … I think all of us have probably done things we look back on in high school and regret or cringe a bit.

“But that’s not what we’re talking about. We’re talking about an allegation of sexual assault. I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone.”

As for Kavanaugh being a virgin at the time, Avenatti even suggests this is not true.

“I just think it’s absolutely unbelievable,” he said. “And I think the American people are smarter than this.”

At least, liberals who oppose Kavanaugh’s confirmation are willing to believe it’s not true.
