Awkward! MSNBC shill literally swoons when ‘conservative’ guest says more Dems needed in office

MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle had an overdramatic reaction to a so-called conservative guest advocating for more Democrats to be in office while denouncing President Trump.

After a segment in which New York Times’ Bret Stephens freely excoriated the president on Wednesday, the MSNBC anchor heartily agreed with an intimate handshake.

The conservative columnist spoke about the scandals surrounding Trump and compared them to former President Bill Clinton’s impeachment.

“I think it is consistent on conservatives and Republicans to support the same for President Trump now that campaign finance violations are much graver, much more felonious,” Stephens said.

Ruhle interrupted to lean over with her outstretched hand.

“Take my hand.” she gushed. “We’re looking for consistency, we’re talking about politics.”

The two continued to hold hands as Stephens went on.

“I know, I know,” he said. “Nonetheless, Congress has an obligation and it’s why Democrats should be put in office in November.”

“Good luck to you, brother,” Ruhle said. “We’re looking for consistency when we’re covering politics.”

Following news of former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen pleading guilty on federal charges that might implicate the president, Stephens had tweeted that Trump “is clearly guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. He should resign his office or be impeached and removed from office.”
