Outspoken Hollywood actor James Wood suggested on social media Saturday night that perhaps renowned conservative commentator Candace Owens should run for office one day. The nod came after she annihilated Hillary Clinton.
The failed Democrat presidential nominee posted a tweet directed at NBA star LeBron James praising him for being such “a class act.”
.@KingJames is a great family man, incredible ballplayer, gives back to his community, and isn’t afraid to speak his mind. He’s a world class athlete and a class act. We need more like him in this world.
— Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) August 4, 2018
Clinton posted the tweet just days after the opening of the I Promise School, a public school in Ohio for at-risk students funded by a collaboration between James and the local school district.
While James deserves praise for that particular move — not so much for his continued trash-talking of the president — Owens wasn’t impressed by Clinton’s clear-cut attempt at virtue-signaling and shameless pandering.
Just look at the scorching tweet she unleashed:
This is rich.
Your husband locked up more black men than any President in the history of the United States.
You view Margaret Sanger (who wanted to exterminate the black race) as your idol and Robert Byrd (former Klansmen) as your mentor and dear friend.
Shut up, racist. https://t.co/qXAAtvP2kU
— Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO) August 4, 2018
That had to hurt, given as everything she wrote was true. Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, jump-started the mass incarceration of black men. Clinton loves Planned Parenthood, whose founder was an unabashed racist who loathes blacks. And after the passing of Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd, a former Klansman, both Clinton and her husband waxed poetic about how fantastic he was.
Do these facts necessarily make Clinton a racist? Probably not. But Owens chose to call her racist anyway because she decided to use Clinton’s own rhetoric against her. The failed Democrat presidential nominee is the same woman who’s maligned millions of Trump supporters as racists and “deplorables” just because they didn’t vote for her.
Dear Hillary Clinton: How does it feel getting a taste of your own medicine?
It’s this repeated willingness by Owens to give the left a taste of its own medicine that spurred Woods and others on social media to call for her to run for office one day:

Yes Candice Owens 2024

Yes. Let’s not waste any more precious time. Go for it, Candace. You get it. Go for it! EB

Candace is the type young person that will save this country. She does such a great job getting her points across when I’ve seen her on t.v. ????

Completely agree. Single-handedly reframing the debate over race. Sharp as a tack, beautiful, calm under pressure, fearless. What a leader she’ll make!

This wasn’t the first time Owens had stuck it to the left, and it won’t be her last. After The Guardian smeared her as a supporter of neo-Nazis back in May, she announced a plan to put together a legal fund to sue organizations that smear conservatives:
Excuse me, @JamilesLartey but when did I ever “defend neo-nazis”?
I suggest the @guardian lawyer up ASAP. I will make suing for libel a sport, and your publication will be ground zero.

After Twitter “accidentally” labeled her as “far-right” in April, she forced Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to issue a formal apology to her.
Far right? Allow me to clarify: I believe the black community can do it without hand-outs. I believe the Democrats have strapped us to our past to prevent us from our futures. And I won’t stop fighting until all black Americans see that.
I’m not far right—I’m free. pic.twitter.com/wtqCuYPtM2

Hi Candace. I want to apologize for our labeling you “far right.” Team completed a full review of how this was published and why we corrected far too late (12 hrs after). There was a clear break in our curation process and understanding, and we’re fixing. Thanks for calling out.

And after Democrats ramped up their pro-illegal-immigration rhetoric earlier that month, she took a direct shot at them by posting the following open letter to illegal immigrants:
We hear you’re marching over the border. Please let us know how best to transfer over the lies, manipulation, and government dependency that you have to look forward to.
The Democrats never met a victim they couldn’t exploit.

That’s called being “savage,” and just like President Donald Trump, Candace Owens excels at it, ergo why so many believe she’d make a great politician.
