Pro-Trump, christian couple’s baby girl, born in Chick-fil-A bathroom, gets offered unexpected perks

For a just-born baby girl, little Gracelyn Mae Violet Griffin has already got it made in life, and all thanks to the amazing circumstances of her birth Tuesday at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Texas.

But there’s more to this story, as if it weren’t already awesome enough.

It all started that evening as conservative Christian and proud Trump supporter Robert Griffin pulled into a Chick-fil-A parking lot with his family en route to a nearby hospital to drop off his two other daughters with a family friend.

But when they arrived, Griffin’s wife –who was already in labor — had to use the restroom. The Chick-fil-A was closed, but the workers let them in. And then this happened:

“So there we were…..my wife and I in a tiny stall in the bathroom, and I could see the top of our little girls head crowning as Maggie was straddling the toilet. I told Maggie, ‘sweetie, we are gonna have to do this right here, right now.’ After shouting to the manager to call 911 and to bring any clean towels, Maggie and I started delivering our baby,” Griffin wrote in a Facebook post published the next morning.

“After shouting to the manager to call 911 and to bring any clean towels, Maggie and I started delivering our baby. When she got to the shoulders, I realized the chord was wrapped around her neck TWICE. didn’t want to alert my wife, so just told her try to relax for a minute and I was somehow able to unwrap the chord from the baby’s neck,” his post continued.

Long story short, thanks to the help of Chick-fil-A’s employees, who warmed up towels for them and dialed 911, and Robert’s fatherly intuition, Gracelyn wound up being born at the restaurant without any major difficulties.

“I hear high-pitched screaming and I was like, okay, this is serious. This is happening. And I got on the phone with a 9-1-1 dispatcher,” employee Brenda Enriquez later told local station KENS.

“Assistance to the dispatcher over what color is the baby, is it crying,” she added, describing her phone call with 911.

When emergency officials arrived, they transported Gracelyn and her mother to the hospital.

After sharing their story on Facebook, well-wishes poured in as well as a few unexpected perks.

The franchise owner of the Chick-fil-A where Gracelyn was born has since guaranteed her free Chick-fil-A for life and a guaranteed job when she turns 16:

Nice!
