Democrat congressional nominee Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York’s 14th congressional district tried to fix her recent lie with an indignant attitude.

She catches on to liberal politics fast.

First, she lied by implying on her campaign website to be a Bronx girl who grew up in the city’s tough borough, but attended school elsewhere.

“The state of Bronx public schools in the late 80s and early 90s sent her parents on a search for a solution. She ended up attending public school 40 minutes north in Yorktown, and much of her life was defined by the 40 minute commute between school and her family in the Bronx,” the biography on her website originally read.

But according to a profile of her published by The New York Times, while it’s true Ocasio-Cortez was born in the Bronx, when she was five her father relocated their family to a home in Yorktown Heights, an upscale suburb in Westchester County with a median income of $95,523. That makes her an upper middle class girl.

When conservative rightly drew attention to this discrepancy, she caught an attitude and fired back, accusing them of trying to “strip me of my family, my story, my home, and my identity.”

Wrong. Conservatives were merely trying to be factual, though clearly socialists aren’t partial to facts. Who knew!?

Despite the socialist candidate’s fiery response on social media, however, she went ahead and modified her biography anyway. Except that instead of telling the truth this time, she told yet another lie — albeit a more surreptitious one.

“She ended up attending public school in Yorktown, 40 minutes north of her birthplace. As a result, much of her early life was spent in transit between her tight-knit extended family in the Bronx & her daily student life,” the biography reads.

Look closely and you might notice that this time Ocasio-Cortez conveniently forgot to mention that her family relocated from the Bronx to Yorktown Heights when she was a toddler.

These aren’t her first lies,. One of the lies she told last month was so glaringly fraudulent that even the left-wing PolitiFact took note of it.

“ICE is the only criminal investigative agency, the only enforcement agency in the United States that has a bed quota. ICE is required to fill 34,000 beds with detainees every single night and that number has only been increasing since 2009,” the Ocasio-Cortez had said during an interview with The Intercept.

But according to PolitiFact, the legislation she referenced merely “requires ICE to maintain 34,000 available beds a day.”
