‘I’m ashamed’: Hillary and ’embarrassed’ James Comey visit Ireland last week with pitiful messages

Not content just embarrassing himself, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey has taken to embarrassing the entire United States of America by using a promotional tour in Ireland to trash-talk America and its president, Donald J. Trump.

While speaking in Ireland this Friday as part of a tour for his fiction-like memoir, “A Higher Loyalty,” the ousted former FBI director specifically took aim at the president’s since-reversed child separation policy.

A remnant of the Obama administration, the policy forced U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to house illegal immigrant children separately from their criminal alien parents. Trump officially rescinded the policy this week.

But instead of thanking the president for fixing this Obama-era error, Comey of course directed his ire at both Trump and all of America.

“I am ashamed of the way my country has acted with respect of those children. I am disgusted, I am horrified, I am embarrassed, I’m ashamed,” he said. “My wife and I were joking — not really joking — we wanted to tell the people on the customs line coming here that we were Canadian. And we were joking but it’s funny because it reveals a truth: I’m ashamed.”

Never mind the shame Comey’s former colleagues feel over his behavior …

“I’ve talked to quite a few former FBI high-ranking sources. They are not happy about this because they feel it crosses the line of professionalism. They are worried about their reputation,” CNN security correspondent Jamie Gangel revealed two months ago.

“They’ve been under attack. The organization has been under attack. And they’re afraid that when he says these things and goes this far, it further hurts their reputation short-term and long-term.”

She had been referencing the way disgraced former FBI director’s has “cashed in” on anti-Trump hate for fame and profit.

Listen:

Want to know who else has “cashed in” on anti-Trump hate? Failed Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, who continues to earn big bucks delivering anti-Trump speeches to crowds of unsuspecting listeners.

“We are living through an era when fundamental rights, civic virtue, even facts and reason are under assault like never before. As we have been painfully reminded in my own country, the consequences are severe,” she said during a lecture this week at Trinity College Dublin.

She too was in Ireland this week. How convenient.

She added that “over the last few weeks, Americans from every political background, ideology and walk of life watched, heartbroken, as immigrant families were ripped apart, and immigrant children were treated cruelly as political pawns.”

Listen:

Correct, except that she had it backwards. It was the Democrats who tried to use illegal immigrant children as pawns to score political points. And judging by both Comey and Clinton’s rhetoric, it appears they’re still doing it.
