Samantha Bee’s team was denied a request for press credentials to a conservative summit scheduled for next week.
One has to wonder at the audacity of that request coming from the so-called comedian who came under heavy fire for her vulgar comments about Ivanka Trump last week.
Organizers for the annual Western Conservative Summit pointed to Bee’s offensive remarks about President Donald Trump’s daughter as the main reason behind their decision to deny the request, The Washington Times reported.
Past experience with the TBS Network show “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” was also influential in the decision-making for the Summit, the largest conservative gathering held outside of Washington, D.C.
The event, staged by the Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University, is set to begin on Friday just outside of Denver, Colorado and will include speakers such as Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt, Diamond and Silk, Rep, Mark Meadows, and NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch.

“In 2016, Samantha Bee’s production team came to the Western Conservative Summit. They did not provide fair coverage,” Jeff Hunt, director of the Centennial Institute, said, according to the Washington Times.
“Instead, they bullied and harassed our attendees. Conservatives are tired of being mistreated by the liberal media. Shows like ‘Full Frontal with Samantha Bee‘ are not intent on reporting but bullying and shaming conservatives. Her request for media credentials to the Western Conservative Summit has been denied,” Hunt said.
Bee issued a form of apology after referring to Ivanka Trump as a “feckless c***” during her show. But not long after, she was defending herself and lashing out at the Trump administration at an event where she was honored by the Television Academy with a social change award.
Twitter users applauded the Centennial Institute’s decision while questioning why “Full Frontal” would even consider itself a press organization.

Good. Any show named”Full Frontal” who calls someone a c*** doesn’t deserve credentials.

How is she an agent of the press?

Narrator: It’s a variety show, not a news organization.

Thank goodness, sanity is making a comeback. Why would TBS even want to be there except to arm themselves with more material to “advance social change.”

A case of not letting the vixen into the hen house. Well done.

She’s not a journalist, she an entertainer. Except, she’s not entertaining, so I’m not sure what she is.

Good & there needs to be a lot more of this until liberals get the msg we’re not going to be pushed around anymore.
