Some contend that CNN grows dumber and faker by the day. What anchor Alisyn Camerota compared President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign to over the weekend suggests they’re 100 percent right.
During a discussion with American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp about the whole spy/informant controversy, Camerota specifically likened the president’s campaign to MS-13, the international street gang known for sexually assaulting children and indiscriminately murdering people.
“When the FBI uses a source in MS-13 to find out what they’re doing, is that a spy or a source, an informant to figure out what MS-13 is doing?” she asked Schlapp, taking issue with his belief that the allegedly benign “informant” whom the FBI planted inside Trump’s campaign was in actuality an insidious spy.
*facepalm*
Listen, lady, there’s a gargantuan difference between former President Barack Hussein Obama’s FBI planting an informant in an illegal criminal gang versus it planting a spy in the presidential campaign of a political nominee whose potential election the then-president strongly opposed.
Recall what Obama said during a news conference in August of 2016: “The Republican nominee is unfit to serve as president. I said so last week, and he keeps on proving it.”

And don’t forget the stunning anti-Trump bias of the FBI investigators tasked with scrutinizing Trump’s activities.
“Donald Trump is not MS-13, Alisyn!” Schlapp shot back during his spat with Camerota. “MS-13 is a gang that creates havoc in our society. Donald Trump was the duly nominated Republican candidate.”
Exactly right, but to this day leftist reporters, pundits, commentators, politicians and activists still refuse to accept Trump’s rightful victory. So instead they keep grasping at silly Russian collusion straws, praying that special counsel Robert Mueller digs up something, anything to explain how Trump won the election two years ago. God forbid they just admit already that Trump won fair and square because the American people believed in him.
The leftist media’s disdain for the president (and his supporters) is palpable, as noted by many on Twitter:

The immense irony is that it was only weeks ago that CNN and its left-wing peers in media and politics were defending MS-13 after the president rightly referred to its members as “animals.”
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi went so far at to speak of the “divinity” of these “animals,” saying “we all have to recognize that as we respect the dignity and worth of every person.”
Since Camerota equates Trump to an MS-13 gang member, when does she plan to recognize HIS dignity and worth!? Hmmmmmmm?
