MSNBC host Joy Reid took a few minutes off from race-baiting and making homophobic slurs to discuss the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Reid briefly traded her leftist p*ssy hat for a blue headpiece for the royal wedding, which is expected to garner 23 million viewers in the United States alone.

While some Joy Reid fans gushed over her unusual hat, others dissed her questionable fashion choice, saying she looks ridiculous. Although truth be told, it’s a nice change from her usual look.

Drew Schwartz remarked: “Glad to see you could take the day off of Israel-bashing for the wedding. I tell you it was a nice hat but I’d be lying.”

Sean Alexis tweeted: “Sorry Joy I love you but blue hat you got on for the royal wedding has GOTS TO GO!! No girl NOOOOOO.”

Mitchell observed: “Joy Reid, Let’s talk about hat you’re wearing…it’s beautiful but just doesn’t flatter you.”

E. Bickley quipped: “Hats are such a mistake, the NBC team looked ridiculous this morning.”

One woman commented: “@JoyAnnReid, a black Mary Poppins. Lol. Too funny.”

Meanwhile, here’s what some Royal Wedding guests wore. Fashion designer Victoria Beckham and her athlete husband David Beckham looked regal in their outfits.

Tennis star Serena Williams and her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, also attended the royal wedding.

Oprah Winfrey looked good in her feathery hat and form-fitting dress.

George Clooney, who reportedly moved back to America citing a spike in UK terrorism, came with his wife, Amal Clooney.

One guest got bored during the long-winded sermon of American bishop Michael Curry of Chicago.

Prince Harry’s royal cousin, Zara Phillips, looked shell-shocked during Bishop Michael Curry’s tirade.

Other members of the royal family struggled to maintain their composure during the rambling sermon.
