The mainstream media continue to prove that they’re shillers of “fake news” when they pushed the false narrative that President Trump had referred to all immigrants as “animals” on May 16. In fact, Trump had referred to the deadly MS-13 gang as “animals.”
The false accusations started flying after C-Span posted a doctored video showing the president saying: “We have people coming into the country…You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people. These are animals.”
However, the full video (see below) shows that President Trump specifically referred to MS-13 gang members as “animals.”
The president was responding to Sheriff Margaret Mims of Fresno County, who told him: “There can be an MS-13 member I know about, but if they don’t reach a certain threshold I cannot tell ICE about them.”
Here is the full clip of Trump's "animals" comments.
The CA Sheriff was lamenting not being able to report violent MS-13 gang members in her jail. Trump then called those gang members "animals."

But reporters from the New York Times, MSNBC, CBS News, the Associated Press, the Washington Post, and other liberals trashed President Trump, deliberately conflating his comments about MS-13 with all immigrants. That conflation doesn’t even make sense, since he has repeatedly praised his immigrant wife, first lady Melania Trump.
MS-13 — whose motto is “Kill, Rape, Control” — has spread like a virus across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, especially El Salvador. The gangs have brought a tsunami of illegal drugs into the U.S., and its thugs brutally murder, rob, and rape countless innocent victims and terrorize vulnerable Latino communities.
But the New York Times defended MS-13 on Twitter, fuming, “Trump lashed out at undocumented immigrants.”

MSNBC reporter Andrea Mitchell claimed: “Donald Trump calls people trying to get into the country ‘animals’ not people.”

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin slammed Trump’s “utter dehumanization of men, women and children.”
this is disgusting. and his evanglical sycophants will applaud his utter dehumanization of men, women and children https://t.co/qYbl6avzL1

Shaun King, the ousted white activist for Black Lives Matter, further spread the propaganda: “You have to see this. Donald Trump’s bigotry and dehumanization of immigrants is on full display here. “These aren’t people, they’re animals.” He really did just say that.”
Other liberals from the Twitter peanut gallery jumped on the opportunity to slam Trump, even if it means championing MS-13 thugs.
The president just called immigrants "animals" today.
I think it probably wasn't a good idea to elect this fellow.
Look! I just created 120 new Trump voters.

I’m sick of living in a country where Trump refers to immigrants as “animals”, and Stephen Miller collects a WH salary, paid for by hard working Americans of every race, religion and gender. #TheResistance

In response, many on Twitter called out the “lying media and Democrats.”
Donald Trump Jr. blasted MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell: “He was specifically talking about MS-13, and you know it. They are animals. I know you would rather side with them than Trump as you so often make clear but it’s a bad look for you Andrea.”

British journalist Katie Hopkins noted: “He referred to MS-13 as animals.Your partisan reporting is also at the bottom of the media food chain, AP.”
Daily Caller reporter Ian Miles Cheong observed, “Imagine misrepresenting what Trump said by conflating MS-13 with the millions of legal immigrants who want to become tax-paying US citizens.”

Daily Wire reporter Ryan Saavedra cleared up the confusion for liberals suffering from advanced Trump Derangement Syndrome: “Trump did NOT call immigrants animals.'”
He continued: “Trump was responding to Sheriff Margaret Mims of Fresno County, who said: ‘There could be an MS-13 gang member that I know about, if they don’t reach a certain threshold, I can not tell ICE about them.’ The media and Democrats are LYING.”

You're a liar, @MitchellReports.
He called MS-13 animals and they are, they brutally murder people. https://t.co/XvJoozortc

For the record, Saavedra is Hispanic and opposes illegal immigration. Spin that, libs.
I'm a Hispanic-American and I do NOT want illegal aliens in our country bringing their drugs & crime.
Kate Steinle died in her dad’s arms after being shot to death by a 5-time-deported illegal alien in a sanctuary city.
Obama's failure to protect our borders is what killed Kate
