‘Low frequency, ma’am’: Alveda King lets Maxine Waters have it over her latest race-baiting outburst

Alveda King reprimanded Rep. Maxine Waters for playing the “race card” and fanning the flames of racial division in America.

The niece of Martin Luther King Jr. called out the California Democrat after a heated exchange between Waters and  Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Mike Kelly on the House floor last week.

Kelly slammed the Democratic Party’s divisive narrative of racial grievance in a House Financial Services committee meeting, prompting an outburst by Waters claiming, “I am more offended as an African-American woman than you will ever be.”

“Congressman Waters is on the wrong frequency,” King told Fox Business’ Neil Cavuto on Monday. “The skin color thing, trying to equate a person’s skin color to their race.”

Kelly is actually “right when he’s saying the nation needs help, the nation is in trouble,” King added, referring to remarks by the GOP Congressman and accusing Waters of “playing the race card again.”

The only way the country can “learn to live together as brothers, and I’ll add as sisters” is to “get past that skin color argument,” King said.

“You know, our blood is red. We’re made of one blood. God made all people to live together on the face of the Earth. And instead of calling us to get along as brothers and sisters, Congressman Waters is honestly playing the race card again,” King added. “Low frequency, ma’am, low frequency. Skin color does not the person make. It’s just part of the human composition. She knows that.”

“The color does not make our race. We are one human race. Congressman Waters knows that, but here she is with the race card,” King continued, noting how “the job market is up, unemployment is down” and “Americans are getting opportunities to go back to work.”

“She knows this, so she’s playing the race card,” King told Cavuto. “She does it well, you have to admit that, but she’s playing the card.”
