Former Clinton WH aide: Sure, offensive remarks were made but we didn’t leak them like Trump WH

CNN pundit Keith Boykin, a former Clinton White House official, admitted that staffers under former president Bill Clinton made “offensive” comments in closed-door meetings just like the Trump staff does, but those statements were never leaked.

“I saw things that people said when I worked in the Clinton White House that I thought were offensive, and I have never disclosed some of those things,” Boykin said May 14 on CNN. “Some things that probably, had they been leaked, people would be upset about that.”

Boykin said he believes people should be “held accountable” for their comments, but said such conversations are better held privately.

“People should still be held accountable,” Boykin said. “I privately discussed my concerns with the people who said those things when I was in the White House.”

Boykin, a Trump-bashing liberal, was discussing the fallout of White House aide Kelly Sadler, whose comment about the dying John McCain were leaked to the media.

Sadler has since been viciously attacked and trolled online for stating the fact that McCain’s opposition to CIA director nominee Gina Haspel doesn’t matter because he’s dying anyway.

Even without McCain, Haspel will be confirmed as the first female CIA director in history, thanks to President Trump.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders slammed the leakers in the Trump White House, saying they’re unprofessional and immature.

Meanwhile, the insidious leakers leaked to the media why they tattle, and their motivations are precisely as childish and ridiculous as you might imagine, as BizPac Review has reported. The leakers admit they leak to humiliate a colleague they don’t like and to undermine President Trump.

“Leaking is information warfare,” said one White House official. “It’s strategic and tactical — strategic to drive narrative, tactical to settle scores.”

With all this petty infighting, it’s amazing President Trump has accomplished as much as he has. Imagine how much more he could get done if he had a united staff behind him.
