Black male approval for Trump soars in one week: Perhaps, they too ‘love the way Candace Owens thinks’

Perhaps they really do love the way Candace Owens thinks.

Granted, it’s a small sampling, but a Reuters poll taken on April 29 shows President Donald Trump’s approval rating among black men at 22 percent, exactly double the number from a week earlier.

Which is precisely why the left can’t have someone of rapper Kanye West’s stature rejecting their failed agenda.

Owens, the communications director for the nonprofit conservative students group Turning Point USA, was quick to tout the Reuters poll on Twitter.

“Black male approval for doubled over this past week. They love the way Candace Owens thinks,” she tweeted.

The recent Reuters poll sampled 3000 people, to include just under 200 black males, and shows the president’s approval rating also jumped among black people overall, from 8.9 percent on April 22 to 16.5 percent on April 29.

The numbers follow the left’s backlash over West’s embrace of Owens, who slammed a group of Black Lives Matter activists by rejecting claims of oppression, saying they are too willing to accept victim-hood to look to the possibilities the future holds.

“You’re not living through anything. You are overly-privileged Americans!” she told them.

The subsequent backlash from the left drew West into the mix, rocking a red “Make America Great Again” Trump hat — the message that black Americans do not have to be Democrats sent the left into a frenzy.

Here’s a sampling of reactions from Twitter that shows social media users do love the way Owens thinks. They also love the impact West is having with his emphasis on free thought.
