Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan’s hysterical reaction Friday to news that the House Intelligence Committee has essentially exonerated President Donald Trump of alleged Russian collusion speaks volumes.
After the House published the report that afternoon, President Donald Trump responded by celebrating the news on Twitter:

Though the response made perfect sense given both the outcome of the House’s investigation and mounds of additional evidence proving collusion never happened (or at least not between Trump and Russia), Brennan simply couldn’t stand it.
“A highly partisan, incomplete, and deeply flawed report by a broken House Committee means nothing. The Special Counsel’s work is being carried out by professional investigators—not political staffers. SC’s findings will be comprehensive & authoritative. Stay tuned, Mr. Trump,” the evidence-allergic loudmouth whined.

Highly partisan? He must be conflating the GOP-led House Intelligence Committee with either his highly partisan former boss or the highly partisan members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team.
Or maybe he’s thinking of former special counsel team member Peter Strzok, who had to be reassigned after it was discovered he had exchanged anti-Trump, pro-Hillary Clinton text messages with an FBI attorney during the height of the 2016 election.
Tom Fitton, the president of the watchdog group Judicial Watch, took note of Brennan’s hyperbolic tweet Friday, pointing out everything it reveals about the former CIA director and the administration for which he worked:

Fitton nailed it. Numerous Obama-era figures have repeatedly lied or exaggerated the truth, including but not limited to Brennan, former National Intelligence Director James Clapper, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice and former FBI Director James Comey.
It therefore isn’t hard to imagine that officials like these conspired to try and prevent Trump from becoming America’s next president by, among other things, illegally surveilling his campaign in search of anything that might be used to destroy him.
Except that their attempts to stop him from taking office failed, as have their attempts to have him impeached. Nothing has worked, and at this rate it doesn’t seem like anything will.
What’s truly amazing — and rather serendipitous — is how nearly every attempt these Democrat operatives have made to hurt Trump has inevitably wound up hurting them instead.
We now know for a fact that Democrats colluded with the Russians to prepare a fraudulent dossier about the president. And we now know for a fact that the Obama later used that same dossier to obtain a FISA warrant that allowed it to surveil Trump’s campaign.
And we’re just getting started, folks. So I sincerely hope Mr. Brennan chooses to follow his own office and “[s]tay tuned,” because I got a feeling that much more damaging information about him and his corrupt administration is on the way!
