Former doorman throws gasoline on already hot ‘Trump affair’ rumor mill

This is getting better than an episode of Seinfeld.

About the only thing that was missing in the saga of President Donald Trump being a womanizing cad is a doorman named Dino who knows too much.

Well, that deficit can now be closed as a former doorman at Trump Tower has come forward with a story that tops the porn star, claiming Trump had a relationship with a housekeeper some 30 years ago… AND the dalliance produced an illegitimate child.

The scandalous gossip, which is what it is, made for titillating headlines for a litany of anti-Trump media outlets, like CNN, which reported on a statement from Dino the doorman.

Dino Sajudin said in the statement: “Today I awoke to learn that a confidential agreement that I had with AMI (The National Enquirer) with regard to a story about President Trump was leaked to the press. I can confirm that while working at Trump World Tower I was instructed not to criticize President Trump’s former housekeeper due to a prior relationship she had with President Trump which produced a child.”

Perhaps, Sajudin’s thinking if porn star Stormy Daniels disregards a confidentiality agreement, creating the opportunity to make a bundle dishing on Trump, why can’t he do the same.

For the record, if the alleged child fathered out of wedlock in the late ’80s does exist, he/she would now be around 30 years old.

There is nothing beyond Sajudin’s word to suggest the allegation is true, a fact even CNN had to begrudgingly acknowledge, noting the “suggestion that Trump fathered a child out of wedlock has not been independently confirmed by any of the outlets that have investigated the story.”

American Media Inc., the parent company of the Enquirer, disputed reports that it paid Sajudin $30,000 in late 2015 to not go public with the rumor he “heard,” saying in a statement Thursday it “categorically denies” the allegation, according to CNN.

Ronan Farrow, of the New Yorker, was one of the two sources for that report and he said Thursday during an appearance on CNN that National Enquirer publisher David Pecker, a Trump friend, was behind the payoff.

Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen, who admitted to paying Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump, was also mentioned in the story.

“This is about the most powerful people in the country having the ability to silence and change the news narrative at will,” a pearl-clutching Farrow cried. “I think the public should know that.”

The claim that Team Trump controls the news narrative being a bit rich, given the 24-7 negative coverage of the president by cable networks and newspapers out to destroy Trump. Even if they have to go to porn stars and doormen to get the dirt.

Farrow’s reporting was also denied by AMI.

“AMI categorically denies that Donald Trump or Michael Cohen had anything to do with its decision not to pursue a story about a ‘love child’ that it determined was not credible,” AMI said in its statement. “The suggestion that David Pecker has ever used company funds to ‘shut down’ this or any investigation is not true. In addition, AMI and Mr. Pecker emphatically deny any suggestion that there might have been be any ‘partnership’ created which might influence any business ties in regard to AMI. These claims are reckless, unsubstantiated, and false.”
