Don’t they know Barack Obama is no longer president?
Driven by a belief that there’s security in numbers, a huge caravan of migrants are advancing north through Mexico on their way to America — wanted or not.
In fact, the migrants are being assisted by resident along the way, as seen in the video below:
Looking to take advantage of our immigration laws and generosity, well over 1000 Central American migrants are en route to the Mexico-United States border and the Mexican officials quick to criticize President Donald Trump for his tough stance on illegal immigration are doing nothing to stop the daring trek to America.
I’m traveling with a caravan of about 1,200 mostly Central American migrants traveling through Mexico. The group is being organized by Pueblos Sin Fronteras. It’s shaping up to be the largest one they’ve ever had. Here’s a clip from yesterday. pic.twitter.com/9hQt6fb3Wv

More from Buzzfeed News:
For five days now hundreds of Central Americans — children, women, and men, most of them from Honduras — have boldly crossed immigration checkpoints, military bases, and police in a desperate, sometimes chaotic march toward the United States. Despite their being in Mexico without authorization, no one has made any effort to stop them.
Busses are also being provided, according to BuzzFeed reporter Adolfo Flores.

“The municipality we’re at now is offering buses to get us to the next town. It’s been happening at several stops, I imagine they’re more interested in getting people out of their public squares,” Flores tweeted.

The movement is organized by a group of volunteers called Pueblos Sin Fronteras, or People Without Borders, according to BuzzFeed. The large numbers being a means of protection from authorities who may try to stop them, and from gangs and cartels who often prey on the migrants.
“If we all protect each other we’ll get through this together,” organizer Rodrigo Abeja yelled through a loudspeaker as the caravan left Tapachula, on Mexico’s border with Guatemala.

The northward trek is expected to take nearly a month, with the caravan reportedly expecting to “board the freight train known as ‘the Beast’ or sometimes ‘the Train of Death’ in Arriaga to speed the journey north, BuzzFeed reported.

The majority — around 80 percent — are from Honduras and say they are fleeing poverty, political unrest and violence in the country.

The defiant migrants chants “we aren’t immigrants, we’re international workers,” as they march, BuzzFeed reported. The group is already down with organized labor in the U.S., chanting the familiar liberal union refrain, “The people united will never be defeated.”

Expect the American press to soon fall in love with the mass of underprivileged humanity heading its way.
