Megyn may not have thought this one through.
Following Stormy Daniels’ Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, Megyn Kelly compared herself to the adult film actress, suggesting she had been threatened by the Trump campaign as Daniels claims to be physically threatened.
On “60 Minutes,” Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, told Anderson Cooper that in 2011, a mysterious man threatened her and ordered her to keep quiet about her alleged affair with the president.
“Sound familiar?” Kelly asked on Twitter. “And let’s not forget this, from #coreylewandowski – who threatened me if I dared to show up at the 2d Fox News debate.”

She then shared an except from her book, “Settle for More,” in which she claimed former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandoski “threatened” her before one of the 2016 Republican presidential debates.

“[Trump] went on Twitter and asked his followers if he should go to the debate at all. He accused me of being unfair,” Kelly wrote. She added, “At the same time, Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, made a phone call to Bill Sammon and tried to get me booted off the debate team. ”
Lewandoski then allegedly made a comment that Kelly interpreted as being a physical threat.

“When Sammon told him that was out of the question, Lewandowski threatened me, saying I’d had a ‘rough couple of days after that last debate,’ and he ‘would hate to have [me] go through that again.’ The tone was unmistakable. Sammon warned Lewandowski that he was out of line. I was far from the only woman or reporter Lewandowski had threatened.”
While Kelly said the “tone was unmistakable,” Lewandoski’s comment that she would “go through that again” would seem to suggest going through emotional turmoil, not physical harm.

The NBC host’s comment about being “far from the only woman or reporter Lewandowski had threatened” appeared to allude to former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields, who accused the Trump associate of assaulting her at a press conference.
Palm Beach County State Attorney David Aronberg ultimately decided not to press charges, and surveillance footage showed the incident was not as Fields had described.

Apparently Megyn couldn’t resist the urge to make it all about her.
Sorry, but this isn’t about you and please note, the ship has sailed, you sunk your own boat!

Weird. I don’t see Trump’s name anywhere in her tweet, yet you continue to attack #Trump. Get over it. You lost. Do note though, Megan’s tweet about Corey comes out of the blue. #SheOnlyThrivesOnAttention
