Stormy Daniels just extended her 15 minutes of fame with a ’60 Minutes’ interview

After filing a civil suit against President Trump this week, former porn star Stormy Daniels has headed over to CBS’s “60 Minutes” to film an interview.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, will appear on a future “60 Minutes” program, according to The Hill.

The former adult film actress appeared in a photo tweeted out by her attorney Michael Avenatti who is seen posing with her and CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, a contributor to “60 Minutes.”

Clifford filed her lawsuit against Trump this week alleging that he never signed the nondisclosure agreement that his lawyer, Michael Cohen,  had arranged with her, reportedly paying her $130,000 in October 2016. The White House has said the president had no knowledge of the reported payment.

CNN and other outlets claimed Trump was not happy with the way White House press secretary Sarah Sanders handled questions about Clifford at a press briefing Wednesday, citing the usual unnamed sources.

“The statement is an admission that the nondisclosure agreement exists, and that it directly involves the President. It is the first time the White House has admitted the President was involved in any way with Daniels,” CNN reported.

Avenatti claims his client’s assertions are true and said the president not knowing about his attorney’s actions is “patently absurd.”

“The idea that somehow President Trump didn’t know anything about this and that Attorney Cohen was just running off and doing what he thought was best without any consultation with President Trump, it is patently absurd,” Avenatti said on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360.”

While the liberal media continues to chase after gossip stories and ignore real news, serious viewers have had enough. Twitter users reacted to the report that a former porn star alleging an affair with the president will be appearing on an upcoming “60 Minutes” program.
