The British singer/songwriter known as SEAL is the latest big-name celeb to be accused of sexual misconduct. SEAL is under investigation for sexual battery after his former neighbor, actress Tracey Birdsall, accused him of assault.
The singer denies the charges, but Birdsall claims SEAL lunged at her when she went to his home last fall to retrieve a salad spinner she had loaned him, TMZ reported.
Up until then, Birdsall said they had remained friends – and only friends. Birdsall told TMZ that SEAL had forced himself on her and tried to grab her breasts and kiss her.
“What are you doing?!” Birdsall said she yelled at the time. “I’m kissing you!” SEAL allegedly fired back.
Birdsall claimed SEAL belittled her for her skimpy attire, and insinuated she was “asking for it,” according to TMZ. She claimed she was in shock when SEAL asked her to stay and sit on the couch next to him. She complied.
The actress told TMZ that’s when SEAL continued to comment on her clothing (or lack there of) and groped her once more.
Birdsall said that’s when she left and claimed she’s had no further contact with SEAL.
The actress’s allegations come one week after SEAL openly blasted liberal icon Oprah Winfrey for being a hypocrite on women’s rights and sexual abuse.

SEAL backed off his stinging rebuke of Oprah after conservatives carried his message far and wide.
A rep for SEAL told TMZ that he “vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations.”
The L.A. County Sherriff’s Dept. confirmed to TMZ that a report for against SEAL for sexual battery was filed on Saturday and is currently being investigated.
