Modern Family actress is drunk in an elevator with horny bellhop in Globes party skit … WHAT?

Any and all attempts at humor need to be carefully gauged by the edicts of liberal political correctness… otherwise, look out.

Actress Sarah Hyland found herself in the Hollywood hot seat for a post Golden Globes spoof that had the feminist activist crowd seeing red.

The Modern Family actress played a drunken starlet who enters an elevator with an older, and ogling, male bellhop in a skit performed for the InStyle Golden Globes afterparty.

The bit was supposed to be humorous, but given the politically charged atmosphere of the awards ceremony that was used to make a statement condemning sexual harassment, gender inequality, and of course, President Trump, liberals on social media weren’t laughing at Hyland’s after-party antics.

The skit is only a few seconds long, but it was enough to set many of Hyland’s fans into an uproar, especially considering that the scene ends with the starlet falling back onto the eager bellhop as elevator closes.

Hyland posted the clip to her Instagram page, where it sparked furious debate. Many liberals blasted the scene as “rapey” while others said it was all just good-hearted fun and nothing more.

“There would be nothing wrong with this video if she didn’t fall back onto his privates!” one Instagram user wrote. “If she had fell back and he helped her up or she fell out of the elevator… There is much more they could have done other than have her a** smack onto his private area. This video is just wrong.”

Others disagreed:

“I see nothing “rapey” about this video. She’s having fun on a fun night. People are ridiculous nowadays. @sarahhyland you do you! ?” another user wrote.

Some found Hyland’s caption under the video particularly tone deaf and confusing. “When you drink alone. Drink alone with JohntheBellHop” she wrote.

Hyland joined the majority of female entertainers at the event and wore black to support the feminist “Time’s up” protest that became the night’s center focus.

Actresses dressed in solidarity to condemn sexual harassment and gender discrimination. Interestingly enough, Hyland appears to be wearing the same black dress she wore for the Globes ceremony in the “rapey” after party bellhop skit.

Hyland wasn’t the only one in trouble for her after party shenanigans. Model Kendall Jenner also raised the ire of many for her bra-less attire.
