Disturbing video of female Paris cop being brutally beaten by young mob on New Year's Eve

Horrific video of a female officers being beaten by a “gang of youths” has sparked outrage across social media.

The police were reportedly answering a call where a New Year’s Eve party was taking place in a suburb outside Paris, France.

Violent mobs seemed to run the streets of certain parts of France according to numberous videos that hit the internet. Here, a group overturns and beats a car with clubs.

The officers were attacked upon their arrival, and video of the female officer was reportedly taken by members of the violent mob and later posted on the internet.

Be warned, the following footage contains disturbing content. The following tweet contains several videos from the violent night. The last appears to be the female officer being beaten, and her screams can be heard:

“Those guilty of the cowardly and criminal lynching of police doing their duty on the night of December 31st will be found and punished,” French President Emmanuel Macron said. “Force will support the law. Honor to the police and full support to all the agents attacked in such a low-level fashion.”

The officers who were attacked are reportedly recovering from their injuries, Fox News reported.
