John Legend threatens to sue over pizzagate claim aimed at wife Chrissy. Chelsea Clinton steps in mix.

The entertainment industry is flooded with sexual misconduct allegations, but some border on the bizarre.

Singer John Legend and his wife, model Chrissy Teigen, hit back at a journalist who accused the couple of being part of the infamous “pizzagate” conspiracy theory.

Liz Crokin claimed the celebrities associate with a ring of politicians, businessmen, and entertainers who engage in trafficking children.

Crokin based her accusation on alleged past tweets by Teigen, as well as posts of the couple’s daughter in Halloween costumes, which Crokin said were laden with coded pedophilia messages.

Teigen, who set her Twitter and Instagram accounts to “private” in response to the spat, fired back at Crokin.

“Apparently dressing my daughter as ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and a hot dog and having a pizza emoji on Snapchat has to do with pizzagate and being uhhh darksided,” she wrote. “Holy sh-t. That thread is wild. Enjoy.”

She continued, “Yeah yeah it’s ‘just Twitter’ but I’m pretty sure this *sick* person is saying we are darksided pizzagate pedophiles who traffic our daughter. Ummmmm this is really scary sh-t.”

Crokin continued her assertions, even after Twitter removed her account’s blue “verified” check mark.

She also criticized Teigen for hiding her social media posts from the public.

Legend joined his wife in confronting the journalist, threatening to take legal action.

Chelsea Clinton defended Legend and Teigen, saying “It is awful & never ok when people threaten or demean any child.”
