Trump triggers a mass meltdown after dropping 17 little words about possible Flynn pardon

President Trump just triggered a mass meltdown in the media after holding out the possibility that he could pardon Michael Flynn.

On Friday morning, the President told the press he won’t rule out the possibility of pardoning former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn, who pleaded guilty earlier this month to lying to the FBI about his conversation with Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak.

“I don’t want to talk about pardons for Michael Flynn yet,” President Trump responded to a question on the matter. “We’ll see what happens. Let’s see.”

While President Trump neither confirmed nor denied that a pardon is in the works, liberals immediately exploded with accusations of “illegality” and “obstruction of justice.”

Activist Amy Siskind sternly warned her followers that “We are in dangerous territory folks.”

Judd Legum, editor of Think Progress, speculated that the President will offer a pardon if Flynn “protects” him and his family.

Left-wing immigration lawyer David Leopold fumed at the news, saying it shows President Trump is a “clear & present danger” to America.

Many other liberals jumped to add their voices to the mix.

Meanwhile, conservatives were enthusiastic at the possibility that Flynn, a popular Trump surrogate during the 2016 presidential race, might be pardoned.
