Video, reportedly from Monday morning’s ISIS-inspired attack, has been released on Twitter. It is raw footage and not independently confirmed by BPR, but the tweet by Darren Oatway indicates the footage is from when the explosion occurred. It was also reported by The New York Post and The Daily Mail.
From Daily Mail:
Surveillance video from inside the tunnel purports to show the moment the explosion occurred and the injured suspect lying on the ground. He survived and was taken to Bellevue Hospital with a police escort shortly afterwards
