Sean Hannity roasted Time magazine after the publication denied they wanted to name President Trump “Person of the Year.”
The Fox News host called “total Bullsh**” on Time after the magazine claimed it had never considered Trump for the title and cover story.

The president tweeted Friday that he “took a pass” on the offer from the publication after he was told he had to agree to a photo shoot and interview.
Time Magazine called to say that I was PROBABLY going to be named “Man (Person) of the Year,” like last year, but I would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot. I said probably is no good and took a pass. Thanks anyway!

Trump’s remarks sent many into angry spasms, including former Time Editor Richard Stengel who thought he would set the president straight.
Piegate: After Sarah Sanders called out by half-baked reporter, she slices & dices in just one tweet
Hate to tell you but that PROBABLY means you’re NOT Person of the Year. They just wanted a photo shoot. But I’m sure you still have that fake TIME cover somewhere in storage. https://t.co/HkW1XkKxXK

Mr. President, just to clarify things, I wanted to offer a few statistics. Number of times you were Person of the Year during the 7 years I was editor of Time: 0. Number of times you were on the cover: 0. Number of times you made the Time 100 influentials list: 0. Thanks anyway!

Time’s Chief Content Officer Alan Murray announced that there was “not a speck of truth” to Trump’s claim.
Amazing. Not a speck of truth here—Trump tweets he ‘took a pass’ at being named TIME’s person of the year https://t.co/D6SJgyTpcY

The criticism of Trump’s initial tweet caused even Time itself to respond.
The President is incorrect about how we choose Person of the Year. TIME does not comment on our choice until publication, which is December 6.
— TIME (@TIME) November 25, 2017
But Hannity was not having any of the publication’s empty explanations.
I call total Bullshit on Time. Answer the question; did you or did you not call the WH and say @realDonaldTrump @POTUS was being considered for person of the year and ask for an interview? https://t.co/DaqfDBsr0V

And he was not done with the magazine.
So @Time is worse than Fake News @CNN. The coming ice age, “The Big Cool” ha. https://t.co/mppoFtFsvc

Even after his final tweet, there was still no response from Time magazine.
No surprise.
Waiting…… https://t.co/90GSYMVVKU
